Janet from the store went above and beyond. I’ve shopped at old navy for over 15 years and I’ve never met a worker like her. She was welcoming, very sweet, very informative, and actually cared about the people she was dealing with. I don’t think a worker can get better than her, and not only that she does things with intention. I don’t even think she realizes but she makes a difference just with her presence. I never really do reviews but I need the company to know they have a jewel on their hands. Thank you Janet for your time and it was a pleasure meeting you. We need more Janet’s in this world! I definitely will be back because of this woman, I know it was just a purchase and 1 interaction but what a difference she makes just that 1 time. She acknowledged things she didn’t have to, she made you feel welcome like if you were family. Thank you Old Navy for your employees like Janet who make the world just simply easier.

Whenever I want a cute dress I go to Old Navy. They have clothes for women, men & children. I never leave this store without buying something I absolutely love.

The associates were so kind to us. My girl is a little larger than the average and we needed uniform pants. The associates came up with a solution that was perfect and made my daughter feel better about herself.

I went in to do some shopping and my daughter let go of her balloon by accident. Two helpful employees from the fitting room came out and worked hard to help recover it and then the manager Alma came in to help as well. My daughter was so happy and I was grateful for the help.

I work for Customer Service and can appreciate a team that treats their customers well. I highly recommend anyone come shop here because the staff was friendly, kind and very helpful. You won't be disappointed!

Kat, a Lead at the register, helped make a quick online order for an item that was final sale. She was swift and exceptionally friendly. We’re very satisfied with our orders in store. Our Family is glad to find helpful service at this location. Also, the store is well organized.

They have a bunch of sales going on ATM Stop by or online. Was busy waited a bit to check out. Back to school shopping. At it's finest

We found what we wanted with a Little help from a very polite employee. Received very good deals with our rewards and using the Old Navy credit card. It was crowded but the line went pretty quick.

Sales person Michelle (lead) and Mercedes (leader) at the counter were very helpful. Helped me with ordering items that were not in the store and they get shipped for free to my house. They were very patient with me changing sizes and picking patterns. Love this staff and store

Helpful staff. They price-matched the prices I found online for the same product with no issue. In store the jeans I bought were marked $30, online they were $14.

The man section was almost empty
Which was a shock to me.

Curbside is great to use , but still like to shop my self.

i use to work there and help putting clothes always and we use to have a good time doing it and the manger show use what to do up there and putting shirts on hangers even pants to we even had a little party for use for helping them out with everything that they gave us something for use to do and we all away stay busy all day even we did the balloons to and they had some good stuff up there

I called the store to ask for a certain item I was looking for and I was lucky enough to to get Kat on the phone who not only provided me with more options and info about the item but actually took the time to go look for the item for me. I really appreciate her.
