When the omnipotent underwriting staff of my new insurance company cancelled my homeowner’s insurance within a week of me getting and paying for the policy, I was in a bind. I decided to contact Chris because he an independent broker with access to multiple carriers, he is local and he answered the phone! My first impression was good-Chris listened to my insurance tale of woe, asked pertinent questions about my coverage (what I needed verses what I currently had) and said he would call me back by end of day. Okay, I am a bit jaded so I thought ‘yeah, sure.’ Well, he not only called back that same day, he emailed quotes for both homeowners’ and auto (I bundle for additional savings) with excellent coverage and savings in the hundreds of dollars. Best part, I now have an agent I can trust. One who listens, responds and follows-up. Talk about great service! Yes, I am recommending Chris to everyone!
