Regency Theatres - Towngate 8

Surprisingly it was pretty dead for it being a Friday. We had a great time being able to laugh out loud at the theater while watching a movie! It was empty literally.

Regency Towngate - Very affordable place, only $2.50 per person before 6pm, Wow! What a deal! The place was clean, staff was friendly and courteous.

You know people think that to watch a movie needs to go to a expensive theater. Well guess what. You don't. I went to Harkins at the moval mall. And oh my God I got charged 2 times I aks the manager's. And I was guilty at the end

Awesome theater. Great deals on snacks and drinks. You can grab your own refills which is a fabulous perk here that you don't find in other theaters. Tickets are a good price and I love going during their matinee, before 6.

Me and my wife went here for first time and were very pleased with our visit. Tickets were only $3.50 each seats were very comfortable a lot of leg room was not cramped at all. Best thing was a tasty Nathan hot dog was only $1.50 not 4 or 5 dollars like other theaters. We will definitely be coming back

AWESOME THEATER!! My family and I have been making great memories here for over 3 years and will do so as long as their formula for entertainment doesn't change. Sure they show movies that have been out for few weeks, but at less than 4 dollars a seat I don't mind. Also, they hold a tight ship and make sure that even the bathrooms are very clean. The price for tickets is so affordable enough were it doesn't hurt my wallet to buy five tickets and everyone popcorn. The movie picture and sound is excellent. Great popcorn and free refills on sodas!! But most importantly is there customer service! They have always been so friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back!!!

We love this theatre! We always come on Sundays for the 1.50 movie. It's a pretty nice theatre for being considered a discount theatre. The seats in some theatres are basic, but others are very comfortable, are spaced further and recline a bit. Bathrooms have been clean every time I've gone. Food pricing is not outrageous.

Been wanting to come to this theater for a while. Sundays is an excellent deal and even though the movies are older, they're new if you've never seen them. Good seating, great screen and nice sound. You save so much on the movie tickets that you're kinda forced to buy popcorn. All in all it was a great experience. I give it a 9 out of ten potatoes.

This was my first time at this theater. I was not sure what to expect since they are a discount place that shows movies no longer in the new release category, but it was great. You cannot beat the experience for the ticket price. Regular pricing is $2.50 before 6pm, $3.50 after 6pm and 3D films are an additional $2. We happened to go on a Sunday when all movies are only $1.50! What?! So my party of three paid $4.50 to see Frozen 2. I did pay $7.50 for a large popcorn (free refills on large size) and $5 for a drink, but that's to be expected and still slightly cheaper than most places. The concession line was very long and slow, but it was fine, I only missed previews. Overall everything appeared clean and maintained. Good family atmosphere.

I usually go on Sundays once a month for a nice family outing. You cannot beat $1.50 per person! Yes these movies are a bit older and taken off from bigger movie theatres, but for someone looking to save money it is definitely worth it. This place is always friendly when we go and always clean. Will keep coming back!

Such a great deal! Movies are $2.50 before 5pm, $3 after 5pm and $1.50 on Sundays! They even have a deal on Wednesday nights where you get 2 tickets, 2 popcorns and 2 drinks for $11. This theatre is a great way to take the kiddos to see a movie without breaking the bank! Also, they've made upgrades to the seats, screens and sound, which makes it that much more worth it.

Pretty nice little theater. Matinee was wicked cheap (!) even with a Gigantic monster box of popcorn and drink. I had no idea popcorn could soak up SO much butter, but It was delish although my arteries squeaked and groaned the rest of the day. Sound and picture quality were just fine and the seats were moderatley comfy for a ~2hr movie.
