My favorite coffee place.☕ Brewed coffee with Hazelnut is always a good choice if you like it hot. I also like The original Mocha Ice Blend with whipped cream. No drive-thru at this location but the patio is nice and roomy. Friendly Baristas.

Way better than Starbucks and the staff is way nicer than most places. Definitely a downtown favorite for my coffee!

Sunday morning 9am this place was busy. Friendly staff.
Vanilla bean cold brew and mocha latte were delicious! Blueberry scone and banana walnut bread were ok. If you're in a hurry don't say yes when asked if you want it warmed up.

Friendly staff, all the coffee and tea options you would expect, competitive prices, good vegetarian options, and located in the beautiful downtown pedestrian mall across from the historic Mission Inn.

The one person that took our order was great, he was very nice, creative and went out of his way to help us with our drinks. The person making the drinks was also great, the drinks were very tasty. The measurements were perfect. Thank you guys.

Ask and you shall receive! ...getting more whipped cream on my Pumpkin chai tea latte from super friendly girl who knew exactly what I was back in the counter for, it was as she read my mischievous eyes and instantly became my accomplice😉...oh so delicious and soothing to my soul but this is half of the best part; parking my bottom on a chair outside, listen to guy across the way playing awesome banjo and people watch....ahhhhhh....these are the simple pleasures that make a moment count!!

In a perfect world there were three 🤤 If you have not tried The coffee bean overnight oats you are missing out.

I had the green tea and it was amazing. The staff were wonderful and I had a great time just sitting and writing and chilling with my tea. It was overall a wonderful experience. I'll come back again and again , 😄

The drinks are always excellent and the coffee actually tastes like coffee. It's definitely not Starbucks which I'm grateful for although the prices are a little high they're worth it. The drinks are pretty good, but avoid anything else its all meh

Fast service went during light festival super busy only waited 6 mins in front of 20 people us. Coffee was honestly better than I expected. Super fast pace and delicious. 10/10

I love this The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf store. They are so nice at this location. My favorite barista is David he is so nice and that’s the reason why I always go here. Every time I go he is there he even recognizes my name. He is Awesome. I like their Seasonal drinks especially the holiday drinks around Christmas!! 😀👍

I came in wanting a Cookies and Cream latte, after being told they were out of Cookies and Cream they recommended the Cookie Butter latte instead and wow was I impressed. Very great substitution on business’ part, definitely going to find a Coffee Bean back home!

I love this place and these baristas. They are amazing, polite, knowledgeable and they make the BEST drinks of every single coffee bean I have ever been to. Honestly, they are amazing. Best drinks that I have ever had from any coffee place.

An intelligent, friendly staff and the coffee is excellent. I used to avoid this place because the fresh coffee always had an odd after taste. Now it's as good or better than my home-brewed.

Although I gave the pleasant decor a 3, many of the tables are wobbly. So please corporate - are you hearing this? Please do something about the tables...

My wife and I always enjoy visiting coffee Bean & tea leaf. Dirk drinks are always flavorful and well done. I would recommend this coffee shop over a Starbucks any given day of the week and any time of the day. Their coffee is not bitter. Their staff is always friendly. I greatly appreciate this coffee shop.

There ice blended ceramel was delicious.
Better than Starbucks too because my order only too 2 minutes and at Starbucks I have to wait a long time. The staff were really nice and fast and no long lines either. So anyone who wants coffee or tea in less than 2 minutes come on down to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. 💓☕🥐💓😋👌

I love the Coffee Bean and Rea Leaf! I spend about 2 to. Three days downtown in the am because I belong to Curves so Coffee Bean is usually a stop for coffee after excerise and lunch! I have always had good service with a smile even during this crazy times!! Stay Safe and Keep Smiling!! Your doing a great job and your attitude has been heard and seen!! They are always clean which is no small feat in downtown Riverside. Although sometimes short-staffed (don't park in the 15 minutes parking if you want a blended drink or something too complicated), I appreciate the friendliness of the baristas and the freshness of the food. CBTL has better coffee than the green straw folks so there's no more need to comment about that.
