Great spot to learn exercising. I've been learning so many different ways to grow muscle and do cardio. Kenny is a great personal trainer.

I have been at this gym for 3 years and love it! Kenny & Raquel are so knowledgeable and personable. The equipment is top notch and the facility is always clean. Whether you are new to working out or seasoned, they meet you where you’re at. This is definitely my favorite gym!

Kenny and Raquel are the best trainers. They are knowledgeable and experienced. They take their job seriously, they are friendly and helpful and always have a great attitude that makes you welcome and glad you came to workout. I have been training under them for nine years and credit my wellness to them.

Kenny and Raquel are amazing! As owners and personal trainers they are truly with you every step of the way. I love that they listen to you and tailor your program accordingly, and provide solid accountability during your workout. The gym is well-provisioned and the equipment is always clean and ready to go. More than anything else, there is a culture and community cultivated here at RHF that I've not experienced anywhere else. I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of the RHF experience, and highly recommend them for anyone seeking to improve their overall health and fitness.

On the first day I walked into Riverside Health and Fitness I knew this was different than any other gym. They took time to learn about me and my fitness needs. They created a custom workout that I was challenged by but not beat up after my workout. I wanted a place I could get into shape but also feel welcome as someone over 50 years old. I am thankful to call Riverside Health and Fitness my Gym and to call Kenny my personal trainer.

This is a welcoming place. You should, from my understanding, want to work out and better yourself physically, to the best of your abilities. Here, you are met perfectly, where your abilities and limitations are. Unfortunately, I have plenty of limitation, but I was, and am regularly, met right where I need to be met!
