I would highly recommend Kwon’s Painting Inc. From ownership to the painters themselves they were all extremely professional and exceeded all of my expectations. The outside of my house looks beautiful and the painters were extremely clean and friendly. They showed up every day on time, answered all of my questions and fulfilled all of my requests. Kwon's painted the inside, outside wood trim and stucco and did an amazing job! We loved the attention to detail and the paint quality was the best. My son and his wife will be using them to paint their new home. You will not be disappointed!

We used Kwon’s painting to repaint almost the entire interior of our furnished home. About 1300 SF. During the estimate tour, we showed Kurt the rooms and our areas of concern. We recently had repainted all the crown moldings and other trims ourselves, and we wanted care taken painting around them. We were quoted a reasonable price that we accepted without any negotiation.

The crew started a few days after the originally scheduled start date. We had prepped as required in the quote- moving furniture 2 feet away from wall, removed pictures, light switch plates, etc. The team that came in was friendly enough, and did all the masking/sheeting to protect areas. i But we found the job was done in a careless /sloppy manner. Our front porch was unnecessarily covered in their equipment making it unusable for the time they were here-4 1/2 days ( they left it that way each day when they left); they broke a lamp (they did offer to pay for it after first denying it, but we let it go); they got spots of paint on our new carpet and wood floors (they did clean after we pointed it out).

But we found the main issues after they left. Completely missed painting near doors and trims, paint spots on the white moldings we had specifically pointed out before hiring them. Paint dripped on the kitchen faucet. We found empty paint cans and tape in a couple rooms after they left.

We had Kurt come out to see the issues and he said it looked like they just needed to finish up the job and offered for them to come back out. But we were not happy about the sloppiness or having them come in again. So we elected to fix it ourselves. Today we started, and opened two paint cans to find paint soaked rollers floating in them.

If you look at the big picture, the walls were well painted. But we hired painters for the attention to detail, and they did not have that. We did not ask for any adjustments, but if Kurt had offered to personally supervise the touch up, or if he had offered a small refund to offset the work we have to complete, then we may have had a higher satisfaction rating.
