Circle K

This K was cool. Extra bonus for having a Subway inside. All of the sandwiches, wraps, and salads are great.
The place seemed extra busy, probably, because it was midday. That considered, it certainly deserves it's earned 5 🌟 stars. The lines moved quickly and expeditously.
The cashier, young lady, was really nice and kind. My kinda convenience store.

Clean, quick, and convenient. Provides all of your convenient store needs.

The gas station itself was ok, nothing special. The bad review is for the absolute filthy state of the bathroom. It was wet everywhere, there was feces on the toilet seat, no toilet seat covers in the dispenser, and the only toilet paper was on the wet floor.

This is the worst convenience store. They built it with all kinds of fancy options, such as a carvel ice cream. There is only a subway. The shelves are nearly empty often one product will occupy several spots but only one deep. They sell thrifty ice cream, I tried this, my cone was very icy indicating it's either old or has thawed and refrozen. The clerks don't apply discounts shown on the shelf unless you tell them to. I came here because it's the only place near my work. The place is also dirty, a think film covers the windows,, paper is often strewn across the bathroom floor.

Well hate to be negative but I have to call it as it is. So this circle k is by far the worst customer service experience I have yet had . I don't want to put his name out there but the young white male that is in charge of this station need a real dose of humility it's like he doesn't like his job or is just bitter . People like this with these types of responsibilities or duties really make me wonder if it's like they don't like people or dealing with customers or are just annoyed by people's questions and their lack of knowledge for things in the store. I'm just baffled on why they would choose to work there. Knowing the duties that come with it . It's only going to continue happening so either start looking for a new place or accept the fact that you're going to have to deal with all that while working there . Take heed and don't drive away your customers with your rude and bitter behavior quit your disrespectful attitude and demeanor and take pride in what you do whatever it is you choose to do as work . If anything you should be doing the complete opposite making the company look good being helpful giving a good experience to customers and creating good rapport with customers so they could continue shopping there and speak highly of you. That's how you move up in life and create good opportunities for yourself .

Horrible experience. Sales person Nadia seem like she hates her job. No eye contact and seemed very annoyed. When I asked why I was overcharged for an icy. She explained to me why because I put it in a different cup and decided to tell me well the cups are down there and that wasn’t the point all I asked to just to let me know that I was being overcharged for the Styrofoam cup, which I would’ve purchased the reason why I grabbed it. then she seem to have a real big attitude when I said, asked for her name and commence to tell her to have a good day

This location doesn’t even deserve 1 star. My grandma needed gas. Stopped by this location and when the gas did not pump she went in to the cashier to notify Nadia. She was called a liar and was even refused her money back. then NADIA began to mock my grandma for calling the police because she literally stole her money and refused to give her the service she paid for. I called corporate and even emailed the district manager. I hope the money was worth it because when me and family are done I can promise you she won’t be working there anymore.

Horrible, rude person behind the counter named Nadia.

I didn't even want to come in the store, which is why I paid at the pump. But, like at so many low-energy gas stations, the pump was out of tape. So I went in to get my receipt and Nadia refused to give me one. She began with "you can't come in without a mask". I said I didn't want to come in, but the pump is out of paper or not working. I asked her if I could just have a receipt. She said "I can't help you without a mask on". I said "if you would do your job and put receipt tape in the pump, there wouldn't be a problem. I need a receipt." She told me to go outside and get my mask and she would help me then. I told her I didn't have one, and she said "then I can't help you" and went back to whatever she was writing when I came. I asked her for the store number and she informed me I could look it up online.

In hindsight, I should have refused to leave without my receipt. Never even once did she sound sympathetic or apologetic, rather she was combative throughout our encounter. Horrible human!

Called to just ask a simple question didn’t receive an answer went to a full mailbox. Then was called back and hung up on. Then when I finally spoke to someone I was accused of calling and hanging up all day. I don’t appreciate this customer service and I know the employees are trained better then this. I refuse to bring my business here and would like to speak to a supervisor not a manager or a customer service rep. An actual manager. There was no reason to be rude to someone calling about a question hard day at work or not. Here’s my screenshot of my call that didn’t even last a whole minute because I was pushed off the phone because I’m supposedly someone who’s called all day. No thank you rude people. You should hire better people with better people skills.

So is it a normal thing for the place to close for "15 mins" which was surely longer than that. At any rate. There was no sign to say it was closed. Just a lit up open sign under the subway sign and a "open 24 hours a day" above the door. I already hate this place because the owner is a pos. So I'm biased.. Admittedly.. But still . have some dam standards.. We need to stop just giving people business just cus its there.. This mfer can be a bad business man forever.. And because of his location he will remain in business.. Ive said my piece. Take it or leave it

My 73 year old mother ran out of gas. The cashier Nadia was extremely rude to her.

I’ve been to many Circle K stores but this was bad no coffee restrooms and especially the girls working there extremely Rude

Today at 10:40 am may 5, 2022 a very nasty lady that works there as a cashier was being very obnoxious and rude to customers I witnessed her using foul language saying she does not enjoy attending customers one customer even wanted to ask a simple question and she ignored him and said ask the owner very nasty rude lady
