Unique fruit and berry wines a must try! Also a good port to try for the port fans such as I. Red and white wines as well. Smaller venue not around much else but a great stop when passing through the area. Wonderful service.

Have always loved Pasek Cellars. Used to live in the area, now visit when we are in the area. Their flagship wine (Cranberry) is an absolute must for Turkey dinners (Thanksgiving or Christmas) the other fruit wines are unusual, but delicious. Their Cabernet is delicious, Syrrah is different, as a bit sweeter, very fruit forward. Their Chardonnay was a very pleasant surprise, steel cask aging, slighty high residual sugar. Muscat Canelli was an absolute joy.
Pasek is famous for their fruit wines, but they are no slouches with their grape varietals. If you like desert wines, or port, they offer very affordable, delicious options!

What a fun tasting, all thanks to Randy! He was so fun, and knowledgeable about the wines. We bought a bottle of chardonnay, and some items from a local artist that were on display. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and likely will be back before we leave for home.

Stopped in on a whim while on a business trip from Illinois. Had a nice chat with Theresa (sp?) while sampling the Merlot, Shiraz, and Cab. I guess they are known for their sweeter wines but I prefer dryer wines and was not disappointed. Ended up having a glass of the Merlot while chatting. Truly enjoyed the spontaneous stop in my travels.

We had a great time tasting wine. The variety of fruit wines was fun. I've always loved the cranberry wine they make. Now I'm sold on the raspberry too. And the price was a pleasant surprise. We'll be back.

Unexpected Great little place! Tastings are complimentary which is unheard of anymore! Wines were delicious and the little gift shop was well stocked.

We had a lovely tasting and we purchased muscat canelli, chardonnay and loganberry for now we will pick up some more later this is my favorite winery I have visited three separate locations this was the third! All the wines I have had are delicious and Muscat and blackberry are my two faves.

This is a nice little winery in Conway just off I-5 it's very convenient for you stop by and enjoy their great wines. Today I went with my friend and we tasted their wines and they were really good and the tasting is free. I ended up buying a case of wine and then another sweet wine for one of my friends. I certainly will go back again the lady that served us was really really sweet and nice and I hope to see her again sometime.

Pasek has a variety of not often found wines, to include multiple fruit wines. I'm not talking about Boone's Farm, this is quality stuff. Cranberry, passion fruit, blackberry, and raspberry dessert were our favorites. Elizabeth was a fantastic hostess and made us feel as welcome as an old friend would. Also, we loved her Pacman earrings. We will most certainly be returning to this little gem.

My wife and I were in the store on Jblm and noticed all the fruit wine was taken from the front of the shelf. There were a few bottles in the back and decided to give them a try. We both love mead that is infused with fruit juice so we decided to give it a try. We are super happy we grabed the blackberry and raspberry wine. We definitely will be buying more and supporting this business as we are in the local area.

Pasek Cellars give a free tasting from any five of their wines. I visited to buy their cranberry wine, which I already knew I liked, but I discovered many other delicious wines as well. The employee who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable about their wines. Good wine and good people, it doesn’t get better :)

Also has great cheeses, ice creams, flavored olive oils & balsamic vinegars. Definitely worth stopping. We bought some great wines.

Was surprised with a delicious cranberry wine on Thanksgiving at my daughters. Im going to be checking out their different wines. The cranberry was really really excellent. Proud that its made not to far from home also.

I am from Ohio. I have been visiting family out west once or twice a year. Pasak Cellars wine is a must have. I have tasted wine all over the country. NOTHING TOPS PASAK. And the people in the tasting room are always so nice.

I always stop by when in the area. Definitely my favorite wines especially the cranberry. Service is always fun and friendly.
