I am so grateful for my introduction to Dr Freestone and his staff. They were all so friendly, professional, and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to go to them myself.

I would highly recommend Dr Freestone. He was very thoughtful, thorough with my health history and labs, took more time with me than any other Dr has to be sure I had all of my questions answered and that he got as much information as possible. I left his office hopeful and very thankful.

Dr Freestone was very helpful in interpreting my test results showing kidney failure. It’s less traumatic if you understand what is going on and what alternatives I have. I would recommend highly.

I love Revere health. A couple of my specialists are through Revere health. Both are amazing doctors. I love that they have an app that shows me all of my information, upcoming appointments, lab results, etc. I can even contact my doctor or his receptionist or the nurses via the app. My Dialysis is also through Revere health. I’ve had a great experience working with them and would recommend them to anyone.

I've never met with a doctor where I didn't feel at least a little rushed. Not at all with Dr. Freestone. I asked questions for about an hour. He pulled up things online to help me understand and gave me more information to have the best health possible for myself. I'm very grateful.

Dr. Freestone is attentive, patient oriented, and is aware of trends, studies and discoveries in the field of nephrology. He takes time to listen to theories and comments by the patient. He analyzes lab tests and reports and offers sound advice on managing personal care. I am glad I have him as my Nephrologist.

Dr Freestone is very knowledgable and concerned that you understand what is happening with your health. He discussed the tests that were run. I felt comfortable asking questions. I would hesitate in recommending him. My prior nephrologist was hard to talk to and was not as thorough.

First time to see Dr Hammond he was great. He explained my test results and answered all my questions. He did not make me feel rushed and his staff was very friendly.

I am a recovering kidney transplant patient. I'm living better lifestyle with the help I received from Dr. Hammond. Semi-annual checkups with blood test and urine tests, I can live with that. Best part of all, I am treated really well.

The office staff is great and Dr. Freestone takes time to explain things in terms one can understand.
