Channel was excellent she explained and answered all my questions on the phone and in person. I was quoted a certain amount on the phone. When I arrived to sign the contract the prices had gone up. Chanel honor the quoted phone price now that's accountability! Great job Channel! Wish you the best in Corona.

Chanel helped out with our unit and was incredibly sweet and informative and helped our process move swiftly and quickly! I highly recommend this facility! Usually moving is a stressful and tedious process especially the "day of" but she definitely helped facilitate and make everything go as smoothly as possible in getting our unit! Daniela assisted us with our sudden move & made it so much smoother & less chaotic. You can communicate via phone or email which came in handy when I only had internet access & couldn't call. We also were able to reserve there brand new moving truck days prior & that truly made our move effortless. The storage was kept clean & shown to us prior to all paperwork & purchase of lock. The paperwork process was very fast & we really appreciated the move in specials available, this made our decision much easier to make then going with Perris Self Storage (which family & friends have steered us away from due to some bad experiences) Just ask for Daniela, she's the best thanks again.

Only one person working at the Perris location so it was a bit of a wait; but Melissa was friendly very professional; efficient and knowledgeable and the facility is well run. Very happy with my choice here.

Very satisfied with the customer service given to me by Erin the manager on site at StorAmerica Perris. Friendly and courteous answered any questions succinctly. I've been a storage renter for over 20 years and storage should be a temporary thing and if there for long term protect your items by covering them for the future, ANY drive-up unit is susceptible to the elements, especially dust. Sooooooo protect your items with plastic or whatever and you should not be surprised by the adverse effects of nature. Dirt gets through cracks and seams, it's not the facilities fault it's yours for not protecting your stuff, period!!!! Thanks Erin for your professionalism, I will be a re-renter!!!!

Very nice and friendly staff. Never had a problem except for the raise in rent after about a year but not too bad. I would rent storage again if needed here.

So far they've treated me very kindly very fairly getting really good prices for my budget they have promotions they have a lot of good deals all in all so far I'm enjoying it

From start to finish the process was easy, efficient, straight forward, and explained.
I don't have the name of the rep that helped me, but it was smooth, she was very helpful.

They told me that my unit would be #89. We went and looked at the unit. The wall in the unit looked like someone kicked it almost down. The security plate on top of tbe wall was missing. I could see that it was not going to work. I told management about it and they put me in a different unit. Iam now a happy camper thanks to the team at the units.
