So far I am pleased with the customer service when I’ve gone in person to pay for my monthly storage bill. I pay in person to check on my storage. So far it’s a clean and well kept storage facility.

Very easy to reserve online. Staff very professional when I visited the office to sign documents, all done electronically.
The site at Perris appears secure, plenty of camera's, so makes me confident that my contents are safe.
All in all, good first impressions.

The Woman was very sweet. Rebecca was a sweetheart in person and on the phone! Everything was true and gave me a deal!!! Yvette was super great and a fast golf cart driver. Love her spirit. All 3 of them.

My parents had a storage unit here for over 10 years, I recently took over the storage unit and had to clear everything out. Kudos to Jess for making this strange unit closure as seamless as possible. She definitely cares about her customers even if she is the only one working.

Great costumer service Nicole provided, my visit made me very satisfied as Nicole helped me rent my first storage unit. Even during the recent July 4th Holiday Weekend, I was able to the corporate office. Pat did a tremendous job assisting me with the Access Code issues I was experiencing! AND, Jose and another Manger (a female whose name escapes at the present time [I apologize to her]) at the PERRIS/WALNUT location, were BOTH exceptionally helpful AND patient! Bottom line, this place is AWESOME!

Learning my way around things was made easier when i was helped by an employee named nicole. She was really polite and just made things a lot more simple. All in all, service was great.

I had a very good experience with the storage unit, and the staff was nice! The high ceilings in the unit were a plus!
I would rent space again if the need arose.🙂
