In-N-Out Burger

Good food, nice people and relatively fast service. The food is always good and we are never surprised from one store to the next. This store seemed fairly new and was very nice.

Food and service here is always above an beyond here! It's been about a year and a half since I've last been here, and I remembered my first time coming to this In-N-Out: I was commuting from Winchester to Riverside, and I hadn't had anything to eat all morning; I was particularly hungry and a little light head that afternoon as I was nursing mom, and running on fumes. I had a couple of dollars in my account, and I was sure I had enough for at least a burger and a cup of water. When I pulled up to the first window to pay, I was extremely embarrassed and highly disappointed that my debit card declined. I asked the girl working the register to just cancel my order, and her coworker said, "The food is already made, just come back later to pay for it." I couldn't believe it! I was so grateful for her generosity. I came back later that day to pay for the burger. I am forever grateful for the women's service. I am looking forward to more delicious food and outstanding customer service from my favorite In-N-Out in SoCal!

I've been to a lot of In-N-Out locations, and this location, in particular, deserves recognition. We all love our custom orders, our orders are complex, and the cashier didn't even flinch and was so nice. My son asked if he could change his order after 5+ minutes, and they responded with No Problem. They showed service that was over and beyond. We also all took note of how friendly all the clientele were. The location was clean as new. This location radiates what In-N-Out is all about.

The best burgers in all of The United States. There flavor just goes beyond imagination and beyond all other burger franchises. All of the employees that attended me were really kind and helpful. The drive thru was fast, even thou there were two car line, we were out of there in more or less 30 minutes.

Long lines for a reason! These delicious burgers make my mouth water everytime. I can't get enough of these delectable tasty mmm mmm so kick myself amazing burgers. Order a 4x4 and call it a day. I'm gonna proudly feel fat and enjoy this meal always. Boom! Yeah buddy!

The food is always consistent and good. I usually order the protein animal style cheeseburger and although it’s sloppy to eat, it’s delicious! I also like to order their rootbeer floats! Yummy! The service is always great and professional. Drive through is quick. The restaurant is always clean.

For a good quick cheeseburger, good fries ~ highly recommend In & Out!

Enjoyed a good meal at In N Out across from Riverside National Cemetery. Order is taken from Two lines that transition to one and wrap around the restaurant. The street sign was modern looking and the restaurant new and clean. My cheeseburger was hot and delicious made to order, and the family also enjoyed fries and drink. Easy access from 215 and next to the gas station. A good experience at in n out. 👍🏼

Going to my moms house and was very surprised to see a new In-N-Out by her house. It was great because my puppers love the patties and I love the burgers. All the kids (the staff) were super friendly and they loved my dogs. Food is as always fresh and delicious. Line moved fairly quickly being that I was there during lunch rush hour. Will definitely be returning

I popped two cherries there today! These boys did not know what hit them! The burgers were super delicious. Picture a craft burger level for a quarter of the price. Them animal fries hammer the meal into a ritzy Hollywood neighborhood. Will smash more burgers before leaving!

We have walked in to order and carry out our order, as well as waited in the drive-through line.

Inside was set up very well for social distancing. As always, the staff was very friendly and expedient with their service. The food was fresh and amazing, as we expected to always be.

Waiting in the drive-through was an experience that was more than pleasant. There were well over 20 to 25 cars ahead of us and we only had to wait a total of 21 minutes! That is 21 minutes from the time that we entered into the line, ordered, paid, and received our food and left. Our order included to animal style fries, which takes longer to prepare than regular fries. To say we were both impressed and satisfied, is an understatement!

This location is amazing both inside and out!

Armando helped me with my order and my gift cards and he was awesome. Super down to earth and very cool. He was handling the rest of the staff as well during the rush, and kept his cool with us crazy customers. Great dude and awesome team.

I would recommend this location if you plan to purchase a large order (15 or more sandwiches). Twice I came here for my overnight team. The In n Out team was very patient, understanding, and provided extra supplies if needed. They also gave me a single box to put all my food in for easy travel! I would come back.

This was the first place the wife and I ate while on vacation. It was still great as it's been for yrs. The service is just amazing and it's awesome to see how efficient the drive through is. Try it out if you never have I'm sure you will not be disappointed. The store was very clean and great atmosphere also.

Well I haven't been disappointed yet. Each time I go to in-N-out I'm satisfied. It's always super busy but they get orders out in a reasonable time and the service is always great.

My fries were really hard, but the burger 🍔 was great, customer service was good

Loved this place the one in perris has a security guard who clearly failed at becoming a cop yet still wants to try and act like one smh honestly I don't think a coo would've even crossed the lines he did

First time trying the famous in and out… BOY IM FRKM FLORIDA AND THAT WAS THE BEST BURGER I EVER HAD. Yall need to open one in Florida. Old time 70’s decor. Cool. Place was PACKED because of location and lunch rush. But by the time I used the bathroom and came back my order was ready! So fast and even better food. I ate mine with the spicy peppers they have by the ketchup stand. It was amazing

Food: Consistency is key, and this food chain has it.

Service: Their drive thru was a line around the resturant on a sunday, go figure especially on the weekend.

Ambiance: This was has a shade for their outside tables in the back. Plenty of space even as busy at it is.

As expected, this was a high quality experience with excellent food at a more than fair price.

In-N-Out is expanding out of California but is always nice to see that they're still opening new locations in CA. This is one of the more recent additions, I believe they opened in 2021. The physical space for this spot is tiny but they have it all; indoor dining, a covered outside patio, and an efficient drive through lane. My only gripe is that the parking lot is too small. If you wanted to grab something in the drive through and then park to eat in the car, you're very limited.
