Riverwalk Landing

This is a beautiful place to live in, it’s quite property. The manager Steffi is nice and friendly, she is always monitoring the property, everytime she sees someone she always cheers them with a smile. I recommend this property to be your new home.

My family an i have been here almost 1 year and from the start we had such a great experience. Carmen was very attentive and as you can imagine moving into a home during a "Pandemic" was nerve racking but she maintained a clean an safe welcoming ! anything we need Carmen an Pete are on it! great place to live i feel safe in knowing how well together Carmen has it here thank you both so much for keeping up with everything!!!

This is my first apartment and my experience has been amazing thus far! The manager Carmen made it extremely easy and so comfortable for us. We had a slight issue when we first moved in, She fixed our problem right away and kept us updated which made it comforting to know that she cared! my daughter loves to visit the office to say hi to her. I love where I live its so peaceful, Thank you Carmen!

I have been living here for a couple years now and I absolutely love it. It’s quite and property is always clean. Manager Carmen lives on site and is always out monitoring the community. She is nice, and is always on top of things. I love that she knows everyone because it gives me a sense of security. This is the perfect place for a family.

I have lived at Riverwalk Landing as a tenant since 2004. I am very satisfied with the current management. Cameron, the property manager, and Peter, the maintenance manager provide the best management since I started living here. They take care of the property very well and maintain the property in good condition too. They are very responsive and help with any fixes in a timely manner. I appreciate living here, and continue to look forward living here with my family.

Me and my wife are really happy here. It is the perfect place for my family. Everyone knows each other and the complex is kept nice and clean. Carmen the manager is always walking around so I know that even when I’m not home my wife and kids are safe. All the kids in the community love Carmen. Happy wife happy life and my wife loves it here.

My family and I just moved in and we are very pleased. From the first time I spoke to Carmen she was so nice and helpful. She is extremely professional, she answered all my questions and made us feel like we were welcomed.

I’ve been living here for sum months now and hands down I love it!! Carmen not only made it easy but helped me out in every way to accommodate our move in To make sure everything ran smoothly. Everything inside as well as outside is kept nicely decorated and clean. It’s family oriented so everyone is super nice to one another. Overall great place to live and lots of things are close by which is a plus!

Been living here a year now..
Love this spot..its super quiet, safe, nice looking apartments. Things run super smooth. The property manager Carmen keeps things running smoothly. If there's ever any issues in my complex unit..its fixed if not right away the next day as long as someone is home..I look forward to another smooth and safe year with my lease renewal

I have enjoyed living here at Riverwalk for about 5 years. Love the quietness of the complex and location. Carmen has been a friendly, helpful manager since the first moment I made contact. Great place for a small family!

It's a great place to live in I been here for 5 years as .long as you stick to the rules (which are basic ) there shouldn't any problems the manager is a great lady and she can reason with you if you have a problem. any problems in the apartment contact her and she will be on top of it u are granted 2 parking spots and you won't get towed if u park in your assigned parking spots . And she awesome with kids my 2 kids love to see and say hi to her every morning. The only bad reviews this place should be getting is from people either getting evicted and people who don't follow the rules and don't get there way 🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓

Me and my family have lived here a few years and we love it! All the neighbors are really nice and always help each other out . The manger carmen is a awesome person and takes good care of this property never any problems .Great place to call home!

Came to look at the property and I loved it. Looks full of families and quite. Lady at the front office was real nice and informative and said hi to everyone we crossed by name. Love the community feeling. Apartments are nice and the community is clean. I will definitely be returning.

I been living here for 5 years and I love it.
The manager is kind and always on it if something ever goes wrong as well as “Chalo” which is what my son calls the maintance man. It’s quiet and clean and there is assigned parking spots for all tenants which is a plus for me. Great place to live.

My husband and I just recently moved into these apartments couple months ago and it being our first time moving out on our own it was nerve wracking for me mostly but the Manager Carmen made the whole process smooth and answered any questions I had which was amazing. Nothing but positive things to say about the complex/neighbors and the area.

The manager ms. Carmen is great. She's on top of her game.. Family friendly. I would recommend making Riverwalk landing your new home..

I have been meaning to write a review for Pete for the past year. Pete does the maintenance for this complex. He is constantly cleaning, fixing, or helping with something. 118 degree day he is outside putting in work. What prompted me to finally write this is seeing him cleaning the laundry area on his day off yesterday. I can’t count how many times i have seen him work on his day off. I just thought he should be recognized for his hard work.

I been living in this complex for a few years and I have no complaints. Carmen is very professional and on top of everything. Best part is that it's quiet and very peaceful.

I like to take A moment to speak about Pete Evangelinea.. Pete is a very caring person who helps with my Unit/Apartment everytime we have any promblems the Man Always go's out of his way to make it write, Weather it's Monday thru Friday or on his day off's!!!! Thanks for making time to help me with are living Space here @ Riverwalk Landing A safe unit to live In when there's small issues.....Thanks Again.
