I had a great experience with renting my storage unit. Josh is very welcoming and provided great service! He showed me the available units and gave a great tour of the storage facility - they are clean and have great prices. He also helped me set up my account with them and explained thoroughly the terms and conditions. I appreciated their honesty and would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

AAA Mini Storage had a lot of unit size options which helped a lot with finding the right fit and at the best cost. Joshua, the property manager, was very helpful and patient. He made sure that we understood all the rules and walked us through on how to reach our unit and properly locking it. Nothing but great service!

This review is long overdue, but I give it an easy 5 stars! Shoutout to Josh who was super friendly and absolutely amazing, He always available to answer questions, or just to say hi during a quick stop, that just made my experience there all the much better. I rented out the smallest unit they offered, and even that was more than enough for a student who was just looking for some temporary extra space. I definitely recommend AAA mini storage, and see myself renting again in the future!

This storage is a solid 5 stars, Joshua was very helpful. My family and I were looking for a storage place and we found triple A in their last hour of operation and staff still allowed us to get all our things in. Very considerate and understanding management with a student discount. You dont find very many people around here that are this helpful, I highly suggest any readers to visit Triple A.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere and business that was provided.. rating is a little late we used the uhaul service in April but still we will definitely be using this company again. Which will be soon 😄 Josh is amazing and very helpful.. definitely got a keeper there... Give him a raise.. lol

I've been at this storage place for 13 years. Very friendly people, the facility is very clean, cared for and safe. I have never had any problems. My most important things I keep here because I know it's safe. Any time someone ask ME about a storage. All I can say is AAA MINI STORAGE. Best in all of RIVERSIDE

I had such a fantastic experience and service from both gentlemen. I was very impressed with the low cost of the storage units available and i definitely recommend AAA Storage to anyone needing a safe place to store their precious items :) Give them a call you wont be disappointed.

I would highly recommend this storage facility. I never had to use a storage facility before but it was a very pleasant experience. Great staff there that are on top of everything. I felt my valuables were safe there. Josh the manager was very helpful and accomadating and very serious when it came to making sure the place was running smooth and safe. Don't be off put by the area and the looks of the place because the staff is always on sight during business hours and they have cameras everywhere and if not in the office they are around the plaza and just a phone call away. Dont pay more for a fancy looking place. This place the cheapest in the area and you sort of feel like family there. When I first got there to check it out there was a man there who told me he's had his stuff there for over 14 years and he never had a problem with the staff or his belongings.

Joshua was amazing and really helpful I looked at a lot of places, and in the end I found AAA mini storage to be the best in the area. You will not regret renting a storage unit out here!

I've been a customer for about two years. I have nothing but good to say about this business. I rent a super large unit and a small unit. I had my stuff in a storage unit in Rancho Cucamonga, but they kept raising the rent every six months it seemed. The cost became prohibitive. I found this place and the rent I pay for both units is less than what I was paying for one in Rancho. Plus, the manager here is amazing and fabulous; you just can't get better customer service than what you'll get from Joshua. The place is clean and well-kept. I highly recommend this storage company.

This place is great. Joshua is always willing to go the extra mile and give great service, and not try and swindle you like some of these places. I highly recommend AAA mini storage.

Good experience. We rent a truck here. Joshua is so nice and take care of everything. All you need to do is show up and turn back on time.
