What a hidden GEM this place is …Dr Petrova is simply the best ..she makes your visit quick and easy ,her treatment has such a delicate touch you don’t feel like you’re at the dentist ….Ana in the front is so helpful and work with me use my insurance benefits simple and affordable…Jazmine and Nayeli were great too made my X-rays quick n easy making me feel welcome and at ease . Doctors Amber and Natalie were incredible, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They were super nice and answered all my questions. The way they did the injections did not hurt at all! The cleaning was also very thorough. I would definitely recommend them to anyone going in for treatment.

The visit with the hygienist was great! The hygienist was friendly and professional, explaining what she was doing as we went through the procedure.

I had a crown to do but found out when the dentist saw me that my insurance only said one tooth to be fitted for the crown I thought it was my left side but no it was for the badly broken tooth on the bottom right side. Then I also had a cavity so it took a little longer to get done but so far doing good.

Had my teeth cleaned at the 12th street location in Riverside Ca. My hygienist Natalie was amazing. She explained every step of the cleaning and showed me how to properly brush and floss. I've been doing it wrong for years. Really friendly and engaging.
Girls at desk always friendly and helpful as well as the Dentist. Clean facility, easy onsite parking and there is ample parking on street. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait to be seen but nothing too major. I'd advice you confirm your appointment with actual office, because sometimes the customer service number folks are on a completely different page.

This was the time I used this insurance. And The first visit to this office. 4024 12th st., Riverside, ca. The Dr.s, staff, support team and administrators were awesome!! They were knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I went in for a simple extraction and came out with a healthy mouth!! (In my near future!!)

This location in particular is great! Staff is amazing and friendly the Doc is great at what she does. I finally got the help I was looking for after going to different dentist and feeling so hopeless. So grateful for this place. Today I got like 6 fillings in my front teeth and have no pain and the job turned out great! I’ve told my family to come here. Finally, have hope for my smile once again and am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. So happy with this place!

The staff was very friendly and explained everything to me. During my visit i felt comfortable from the moment i was checked in, to the moment i checked out.

I was nervous and anxious when I went in over thinking about the pain and how things would feel. Dr. Petrova took all that away ! She was gentle and kind while also being quick.
Highly recommend her if your scared or nervous to go to the dentist!

I have only been to the office on 12th Street in Riverside. Therefore, I can only speak for my service at that location. I have been treated with respect. They are very polite as well as thorough. The office is clean, there is plenty of parking available. I would recommend using this Western Dental location to anyone looking for a referral.

I now have been at this location a number of times. The service has been great. Today my dental doctor Dr. Shant was wonderful. I have had her twice, both times she was polite and caring. Her work is great. Her assistant today Brittany was very nice as well. I would recommend this Western Dental office to anyone looking for a dentist.
