The customer service at this place is top-notch. They not only provide great assistance but also create a fair opportunity for everyone to win raffles. The workers take the time to help you and engage in friendly conversations. The store consistently offers excellent items to choose from. What I particularly like is that you can find shoes and an outfit to match, reminiscent of the good old days when Nike would release a shoe along with a matching t-shirt. When you shop at Hibbett, you get the total package! Thank you for your outstanding service!

Great customer service

Very professional and helpful, went looking for athletic gear for my grandson who enoys football...went shopping on a Monday and met a delightfull team member by the name of Carlos Ramos! He was AWESOME! He found everything we needed and more...what great employees at the Moreno Valley Mall store, Carlos would make a great Mgr!!! and their prices on athletic wear and equipment is reasonably priced....being a grandmother of 5 grandkids...Hibbetts is truly a blessing and an answer to prayer! Thank you Hibbetts for helping me put smiles on our kids faces! Sure wish you had a Tibbetts store in North Victorville....I recommend this Hibbetts store highly!!! gg
