Mary the Managers Customer service was great. Mary went over and above and was very helpful. Mary’s friendless helped make my experience and day so much better. George was also very helpful when I called to inquire on a storage space. The facility is newer and very clean. I loved the music station they play very positive and encouraging. I feel safe storing my belongings there. They have 24-hour video monitoring/surveillance.

The lady in the office is so friendly that we felt welcome right away. The premises are immaculately clean and organized. The security system is user friendly and I feel that all of my things are in a safe space.

This is a relatively new storage facility so everything is pretty clean. The manger and staff are very friendly and gave us a quick walk-in tour of the place. The hours of operation are pretty strict and the gates are locked at 7PM daily (locks at 5pm on Sundays). They have video surveillance and alarms so that brings some peace of mind. But still, for obvious reasons, don't store your valuables here. It took 20 minutes into sign up for a new unit. The prices here are reasonable for a 10 x 20 unit. The height is about the same as a typical garage.

The facility has access from Euclid and Fern Ave. The facility is clean and secure. The customer service provided, especially from the manager Mary, is excellent!

Mary has been an absolute blessing in the 2.5yrs that I've been renting from here.
I have had up to (6) storage units at one time and they have always had the best customer service.

Storage facility sits on an old farm. Conveniently located off of Euclid Avenue, in Chino. Units are climate controlled. Exterior units will get really dusty as the rolling doors are not sealed well. Staff is very friendly and making payments is extremely easy to make.

Great, friendly customer service and communication. Very clean, good lighting, easy access and secure. Good pricing and value. Simple and straight forward, from viewing units to signing lease, access rules, move-in and move-out. I couldn’t have asked for better!

Places was super easy to find and cheap prices. I looked everything. Gio was very nice with the entire process and helped me get my unit fast and easy.
