Although the office itself is a little old, the service is exceptional. Their front and back office staff were friendly, and the dentist was amazing. The whole process was quick and to the point. Thank you!

I waited one hour and a half because the doctor doesnt get there until 10 ^.^ so why bring people in at 9???!!!!!! -.- the assistant's were very nice but it seems the doctor is the one that doesn't really want to cooperate.

This location has a nice staff, some are rude however majority are nice, they do as instructed, so this review does not reflect on them. With that being said, DO NOT come here. At first it seemed great! First time here, very attentive and quick. After your 2nd visit your not important nor does anyone try to make a good impression. Upon arriving you wait an hour sometimes more before your called in. Why schedule you and not fulfill your commitment to said hour...!? No one is in the waiting room and there is only 1 client and I still wait over an hour to be called in. This happened 3 times and if it wasn’t because the work being done was already in process and insurance paid for everything in advance I would of left long ago to another dentist. I will NEVER come back nor do I recommend this place to anyone.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Let me start off by saying I originally made an appointment here because my bottom right tooth was bugging me and I wanted to see if it was my wisdom tooth and it was but keep in mind that was the only one that was bugging me and I wanted that one out. I even told them when I went in for my first appointment that it was bugging me. I came back two weeks later and got 1/2 of my wisdom teeth removed out of the 3 there and it was the biggest mistake they did not numb me all the way. When the dentist took out my first right tooth on top everything was fine I felt some pain but I could handle it, but when he started on my left top tooth i was uncomfortable. The reason is because I have a small mouth and the dentist has big hands and It felt like he was ripping my mouth apart ,that was more painful then him yanking on my tooth. Not only that but I felt like he was upset when I couldn’t open my mouth wide enough. Oh but it’s not over there my left tooth was being stubborn and wouldn’t come out as easy as my right tooth and during that time the pain was getting stronger and stronger I didn’t say much because I didn’t want to be a difficult patient but on his last pull I felt it all and it HURT so bad I started crying. That’s where we stopped to take an X-ray Nd he numbed that area more. Finally he said he would give it one last pull and if it doesn’t come out he’d send me to another dentist because it turns out when he was pulling it broke in half and when into my gums. It didn’t come out so he sent me to the waiting from to wait for information on the new dentist the nurse was telling me that they were only gonna take out the one the dentist couldn’t get and i would have to make another appointment to get the bottom one out that was bugging me out later. I’m not gonna lie I lost it and was crying out of frustration and pain I had requested the weekend to heal from my job to get them all removed. I didn’t ask for the top to be removed first and they did it. This experience left me feeling very traumatized and the only GOOD thing they did for me was send me to another dentist. I will not be coming back to this dentist.

Do not get your teeth worked on from this dental practice. I originally wanted 2 wisdom teeth pulled out and they said "they could only do one at a time". The doctor attempted to pull out my wisdom tooth and cracked it after 25 minutes. To make matters worse, he cut the inside of my mouth with one of his tools and attempted to shoot me with more pain medication to cover his mistake. He then tells his assistant that I needed to see a specialist to have it removed. I am in extreme pain and have to wait almost 3 more weeks just to have my tooth pulled out the right way. I called the specialist to make an appointment and the secretary went off on my doctor. She claimed that he had sent 6 of his patients their way because he did the same thing to them. She even apologized to me and spoke very poorly about him. I wont make the same mistaketwice and I hope someone reads this.
Note: he has no personality, does not even greet or comfort you, he is very rough on patients, and his associates are even trashy. They were all loud and disruptive and talked about how many likes they got on Instagram. Hilarious!

They told me i couldnt go in with my mom and they kicked me out so i cuz at them cuz they have no right to kick someone else this is a bad clinic dont come here ever it really sucks and the people here dont treat you right

The dentist scares me. He doesn’t answer your questions or let you know what he’s doing. It’s almost like they’re trying to get you out of there as fast as they can.

Please do not go here worst dentist here in rubidoux!!!
