I have been going to Qual-A-Ty auto care for the better part of 20 years, the service is the best and the quality of the work that Steve and Ryan do is excellent, Steve never forces repairs that are not needed and along the way on a larger repair job Steve will communicate issues to you.i trust their work and I am appreciative that I have a auto repair business I can go to without drama.The only fault I could find with Steve is that he is a huge Seahawks fan, Go Vikings!!!

They were friendly and got working on my car as soon as I showed up. They were quick and efficient. Had my water pump replaced and my belts changed in approx 2 hrs. Great place to take your vehicle. I will be making this place my go to for all my cars needs.

Awesome!! I can’t Thank Steve enough for getting my car back on the road. I have a Classic BMW that no one else even German Car specialist would touch. Steve asked me the right questions over the phone and determined to give it a shot. Brought it in the next day. Car is in great shape but needed Rear Brakes and Control Arms replaced. He even let me have a peak while the car was on the lift to see for my self. I went ahead and gave him the okay. Due to the age of the vehicle parts had to be ordered, took a few days but as soon as it came in they got it done on the same day! All in all my car got Brakes, Control Arms, Oil Change and tune up. My 36 year old car now drives like new For a Great price!! Also Awesome Customer Service and showroom is a Plus!!

If honesty is what you're looking for in an auto shop, this is where you want to go. They know what they're doing and don't hit you with unnecessary work/fees. My family has been taking cars to Steve for a long time (the first car I personally brought to them was in 2002-2003) but their history with other family members goes back even further. I refuse to buy a used vehicle unless it passes the "Steve test". Thanks yet again qual-a-ty! I did end up buying the Honda Fit I brought in recently. -Greg

My 2009 Avalanche had a major issue with the power steering. I called about a half dozen Auto Shops trying to get someone to look at it, provide an estimate, and give me an approximate time frame to fix it. Everyone was days if not weeks out to even look at it. These guys got it in and began working on it within two hours of my phone call. It only took 2.5 days to get it back and that was on les Schwab not Quality Auto. The kept me informed on the process every step of the way, and gave sound advice. One thing that generally irritates me about mechanics is they are unfriendly and condescending. I found it refreshing to be treated with patience, and dignity. Any time you go to a mechanic it will be stressful and expensive so why go where they are rude and don't appreciate your business? Quality automotive is by far the best experience I've ever had with a car mechanic. I will take every vehicle I buy here and only here from now on. Take this review as proof that when a business treats people right they tend to return.

This is the only place in Thurston county I’ll take my vehicles to. Honest, hardworking, and fast.

Called and was seen the same day to examine my four-wheel drive Ford expedition. Was told by a competitor that it was an $1,100 repair which I believed was incorrectly diagnosed. For exactly half the price my vehicle drives like it is brand new after the proper issue was identified and repaired. This is my new mechanic!

From Fords to Ferrari’s, this crew has exceptional knowledge of most automobiles, they offer high quality work and reasonable rates.

Steve and his crew did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing an electrical problem with my car. They were very professional and very affordably priced. (I'm pretty sure I saved hundreds of dollars over what the dealership would have charged!) Highly recommended!

Steve & Qualaty Auto Care have always been amazing to us. They take a good look into cars and are reasonable with pricing. Even after recommending going to a dealership to get our car checked out Steve still wanted to know what happened after we went, if that's not customer service I don't know what is. I took my 2011 Chevy Silverado to them to diagnose a coolant leak. Super quick diagnosis, both owner and tech very friendly. Shown where leak was gave me a couple options.

I cannot recommend Qual-A-ty and Steve highly enough. I had my poor lemon of a Nissan Quest in to see if it was worth fixing. So many people would have had me pour so much money into a car that just wasn't worth it. Steve was absolutely honest, charged me only what it took to diagnose it, and was patient while I arranged to get it back home. Reliable, honest, skilled, and kind -- I will be going to these guys for my repair work from here on out.

Got a quote for brake pads, calipers, and rotors from meineke for $2450. Called Steve up, so friendly and he couldn't believe the price. His team looked at it and I paid about $745 for the job. Go here

I always get my car services there, now on my second car and I still go there. They are honest and live up to their business name "quality". I come all the way from the Tacoma area to their shop, I rarely call to make an appointment, they take walk-ins all the time. Great people, great technicians, great owner, great all around service. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to have your car fixed. They are fair and do not make things up. Pricing is good and they back up there work 100%. If they need your car a little extra time to make sure the job gets done correctly, they call you. I have been using them for 2 years now.

Quality Auto Care is AWESOME. The customer service is great! Steve the owner always takes the time to help no matter how busy they are. Once he changed my oil himself when I was on my lunch break and I still got back to work on time!
