Dr. Edwards and his entire staff are great. The dental work is top notch, the entire staff is friendly, and they're ON SCHEDULE. I've been called back at or before my scheduled time during every visit. Glad I made the switch from my previous dental office.

Dr. Edwards is one of the best dentists , he always makes sure I feel comfortable and at ease . The entire team is very knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend.

Just had work done on a couple of my teeth. Although I was nervous, Dr. Edwards and the staff made me feel very comfortable. I had been looking for a new dentist and am thankful I found him.

Dental hygienist very knowledgeable and very informative about proper brush for my Sonicare toothbrush. I was not using the correct one for my teeth.Dr Neal and the entire staff always friendly and so helpful in keeping your teeth healthy.

Dr. Edwards and his staff are absolutely wonderful. This was my first visit, based upon a dentist referral, and I can honestly say from start to completion the entire experience was pleasant and very professional. Names I can remember, Mary, Dana and Dr. Edwards (but I stress everyone because I can’t remember all I interacted with) were warm and personable. I’m thankful for the referral and highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist, you should contact Dr. Edwards’s office! You won’t be disappointed!

My husband had a major toothache and we needed to see someone quickly. Being from out of town, we needed to find a dentist. Upon receiving a recommendation from a friend's aunt, we learned of Dr. Edwards. I booked an online appointment and an urgent request got us in early that Monday (the pain had escalated over the weekend, so it was the soonest we could do). I was even able to do some pre-registration before arrival online. We were greeted by very friendly, professional office staff. The premises were very clean, organized, welcoming. My husband was impressed with the hi tech tools Dr. Edwards had in his office-very up to date compared to our other dentist back home. Dr. Edwards was able to diagnose my husband's condition and prescribed some medication. His office referred us to a specialist, and found us an appointment that same day! Such great customer service! My husband will return for post-treatment and we decided to go there for our regular check-up and cleaning. We highly recommend Dr. Neal Edwards and his awesome team!

Dr. Edwards and his staff are amazing! We are a family of 4 that all love coming to this his office. My youngest daughter is 3 and loves him and his staff. She is never afraid to go to the dentist like I was as a child. Dr. Edwards staff is welcoming, patient and super sweet to our kids. We were referred to Dr. Edwards through our family friends when switching dentists 3 years ago and are so glad we found him!

I have always been very satisfied with Dr Edwards and all the staff at his office.
Mary is just awesome. Always friendly knowledgeable and professional. Very understanding as to the cost of each procedure. We have never been told that we have to have something done.
She always goes over the costs prior to setting anything up.
Dr. Edwards is the best. He always explains everything in terms that we can understand. He also gives us options as to what can be done.
He’s very aware that sometimes we just can’t afford to have something done.
He’s just a great guy.
Dana did my teeth cleaning today. She was very thorough and was always making sure that I was not having any pain. She did a great job!

Neal Edwards and his dentistry staff are kind, courteous, and professional. Edwards, and his staff, took the time to hear and address my concerns and did extremely well building a plan of treatment and clearly explaining the insurance and payment details. I appreciate the personal touch they apply with regard to their patients. If you are in search for a dentist that is interested in fixing your dental problems and treating you kindly, courteously, and professionally, look no further!

Customer Services is seriously great! Staff and primary dentists are very professional, inviting, and thorough in explaining all aspects of proper dental care at home and at the practice. I highly recommend Dr. Edwards for your dentistry needs, the smiles in the room just makes you want to feel the same way. I'm so glad I was referred by a co-worker to come here, I plan to stick around for as long as this practice is open.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a LONG time. Dr. Edwards' office is extremely professional. Mary, who sits in the front office, is very warm and welcoming. The staff that I came in contact with were very nice and friendly. I did not have to wait long before I was seen. This office has a very comfortable and homey feel. Dr. Edwards has a wonderful sense of humor and does not rush through his patients. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

We have been going to Dr. Edwards for several years. He and the staff are very professional and friendly and make us feel comfortable. The office and rooms are always very clean and the staff are following all of the safety protocol during the pandemic. We trust Dr. Edwards and the hygienists (Tara is great!) with our dental care.

Been going to Dr. Edwards for a few years now and the experience is always as easy as a dental visit can be. He and the staff are very friendly, open and honest and the office is state of the art. I greatly appreciate that my appointments are ALWAYS on time. In light of the covid situation, they have taken some great steps to ensure everyones safety but it has not impacted the overall great experience. Thankfully Dr. Edwards is a younger guy so I am hopeful he will be the last dentist I will ever need.

Dr. Edwards is a great dentist with an excellent staff helping him. I went in for a cleaning and have never had such a pleasant experience at a dental office. Dana did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. I noticed attention to detail that I have not had at other offices. I will be recommending Dr. Edwards to my friends and family.
