I called Joseph at 8pm on a Wednesday and he worked with me and my schedule and came out next day to hear me out on adding outlets to my garage and replacing outdoor lighting and then did the work on that Saturday. I Called Joseph to give me an estimate for all electrical work of my new ADU contains sub panel and all essential lights, outlets, ceiling fans, all kitchen electrical work, all disconnects, 240 volt outlet for air composer and heat pump and water heater. In addition to upgrade the existing main electrical panel. Really he is reliable, very professional, and honest with reasonable prices. He has an amazing experience. Also he can give you options of different ideas that will work better with you. I would highly recommend him for all of your electrical projects.

I’ve worked with many electricians over the past 7 years of my construction experience, and Joesph, the lead electrician at JR electrical Pros, is BY FAR the most experienced electrician I’ve dealt with on any project. How often do you hire an electrical company with their lead guy having a bachelor degree in electrical engineering + 25 years of field experience?

I called Joseph because my current electrician wasn't responding. I do not regret the decision at all! Not only was he communicative, but also punctual and thorough. !00% Recommend! Blew the main circuit breaker installing a fan switch. Contacted Joseph at 8pm on a Saturday night and he was at my house in less than an hour! Had the part in his van (even tho it was a less common breaker) and had my power back up quickly. He even finished the switch for me! Professional and honest. First call for any future electrical needs.

Joseph was friendly and helped get our GFCI issues taken care of. He was very thorough checking the other outlets too. I would gladly recommend him to family and friends.

I asked him to install a basic level two car charger, a 360* security camera & rewire my doorbell to a whole different section of the wall, he came over to setup and free estimate & scheduled a day and time for the job.

He simply did an amazing job with the car charger, he worked with me to find the perfect spot to install it, relative to the location of the panel and my comfort as a user & got to work right away. Worked like a charm! Without a single hiccup, he even painted over and covered the couple holes he had to make in the stucco, its almost as good as new, wouldn't be able to tell where they were unless you were looking for them.

Then we worked together to find out the best place to install my new 360* camera. He ended up suggesting creating a new outlet, right under the roof and hooking the camera up to it (instead of hard wiring!) now I can easily replace that camera should need be & and I have an outlet for my Christmas light without any ugly wires dangling down!

And finally I asked him to move my doorbell so that the built in camera could have a better view, again he patiently worked with me to find the best angle possible & got it done perfectly!

After all of that, he cleaned up after himself as best one could hope (considering that am OCD with how clean & tidy things should be) & simply stuck with the reasonable fee he quoted me after his estimate.

Can't explain how happy I am with the service, extremely hard to find someone Who'd be willing to communicate the expectations accurately only to find out the final result matches exactly, even more so with his humble verbal language.
