Capital Public Adjusters

Capital Adjusters have been representing me for a claim with State Farm Insurance for our apartment building policy. With their experience and professionalism they have gotten us the maximum amount of money for our claim. If we did not use them, State Farm would have low balled us and try not to pay us our deserved amount to rebuild a unit that had a fire. With years of experience, knowledge and the best customer service ever, they were able to settle our claim. Again, we would never been able to do this without them. Let's start with the understanding that an insurance company's adjuster is there to mitigate thier payments to you should a loss occur. Unless you have a lot of experience filing insurance claims and know what they should/should not cover, I would suggest having someone represent YOU no matter what.

That being said, Greg and his staff are OUSTANDING at what they do and I cannot reccomend them enough. Greg was on MY side throughout the entire process and advocated for me and my interest's during the process of my fire claim.

From the begining Greg explained exactly how the process plays out and what to expect, there were no surprises. He dealt with the insurance company's adjuster from start to finish with minimal input needed from me. Thier fees are absolutely minimal compared to the value, time savings and piece of mind they provide you. Once again, I highly recommend them

In our experience, we found that Capital Public adjusters were unable to handle our claim as effectively as we had anticipated and hoped for.
