I was here for over a year in a smaller unit With just a bedframe and dresser drawers…… Super happy with how clean it was and the condition my stuff… would definitely recommend it to anybody and the people that run the storage units are very accessible and friendly to work with💪💪

April was Excellent!
She initially helped me over the phone giving me a rundown of the leasing process and any beneficial options I can utilize with this storage. Upon arrival she noticed I was stressed and hot from the day, water was offered and she took extra time to help me secure the unit. We had great conversation while going over the leasing agreement and smoothly went to checkout the storage unit size was appropriate before completing the contract. My day started to feel much lighter, she didn’t even rush me once the store was closing. April was very accommodating, personal, and informative, absolutely great customer service!

After checking out so many storage places, decided to go with this one. Felt secured. I must also mention the property manager, April, was AWESOME! She did a great job explaining the terms of the storage. She showed us to 2 units and explained the differences between them so we felt comfortable making a decision. Once we decided to move forward, she made the paperwork easy to comprehend. So far, happy with our decision to use this storage.

I had a difficult downsizing to get done. Once notification was made of that transition, you tracked my progress and had answers for all my questions on options. As a result, it helped keep me on track without stress. Couldn't be happier.

April is a big help and and very professional. Very clean units and secured.

My husband and I had to get a storage unit three years ago and this was the only local place that had spaces at the time, so we went with them. The last front desk person was horrible. Rude and dismissive. We had to upgrade to a bigger unit, so I had to call to see if there were any bigger units in the facility. To our surprise there was, I believe it was the last one left, so I reserved it over the phone. I dealt with Kayla who was cheerful and extremely helpful. It was much more pleasant to deal with her than with the previous people. Some may find their text reminders every month to pay rent as a nuisance, but I find it helpful because I would probably forget to pay. They also have competitive rates. I'm a happy customer.

I was in need of a certain size storage for a certain price, I looked around my area and found some places but couldn't find the right fit. Until I found Statewide Self Storage, they had everything I needed. But what I didn't no they had a secret weapon named "Kayla" she is the best thing to add to the best thing. Kayla is very professional and wise about people and the storage buisness. I want to thank her for everything and for being so down to earth, making my search come to an end while earning my buisness.

The gave me a great price for a huge storage space. And when my house was packed due to a flood and needed to get a total of 4 10x20’s, they honored the same price for all 4 spaces. The office is help, knowledgeable snd had lots of patience when the insurance showed up to log every single piece of everything. Thank you so much for all your help.

I have had a few different storage units all over the past 5 yrs or so. This has been the best. The staff is the best around. Everything is done professionally with great service. Honesty, I cant think of anywhere that its been better. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family
