Sleep Number

We had a GREAT experience with the Sleep Number crew in the Riverside/Moreno Valley store. Noah did an exceptional job in assisting us with our first Sleep Number purchase. Alexis and Jason were also very helpful. If you're considering a Sleep Number bed we would highly recommend going to see them!

My wife and I recently purchased a Sleep Number bed from the Riverside store and couldn’t be happier. The service from Jason and the other staff was excellent. Jason took the time to explain the features of the various mattresses and had us try multiple mattresses to figure out which features we liked the best. There was no high pressure sales, which we were really happy about. Not only was the in store experience excellent, but the delivery was excellent as well. We received a call from the delivery staff the morning of the delivery and when they were on the way to our house. When they arrived with the mattress, they made sure to put on shoe covers before they went upstairs to the bedroom, which my wife and I really appreciated. They were quick and efficient and even put on the mattress encasement we had purchased for our Cal King , which we really appreciated. I highly recommend Sleep Number Riverside and would definitely purchase from them again.

We went to the Riverside store and we were invited to check out all of the beds. Joseph Moss was great. He told us about the benefits of each one and how we could get better sleep. He was so helpful. He knew all of the special features each one offered and helped us decide which one was best for us. Great experience!

Jason was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't push sales onto us and even found a way to get optimal discounts. We walked away with a new bed and accessories that definitely didn't have us leaving with buyers remorse. Highly recommend.

Great place, super clean and Mark... Mark was friendly, very knowledgeable, and helped us find the best bed for our budget! He addressed all our needs,questions and was very informative. He had us lay in the bed we had in mind, helped us find our own person sleep number setting. It was like laying on a cloud. We ended up getting the King P5 FLEX TOP with the adjustable head base, sheets to fit our bed and a mattress protector. We couldn't of been happier with our visit!

my husband and I bought a sleep number from this store just over 2 years ago...we love it!! The bed is amazing, and the handful of times we've gone in to buy accessories or to do exchanges or get something fixed, the staff has been SO helpful and INCREDIBLY friendly! We fully recommend both the bed and this store for the best customer service I've seen in a very long time. Thanks guys!

Friendly staff gave my partner and I a great demo, and they were even willing to bring out the memory foam mattress just so we could reject it! Overall, would definitley shop here again & reccommend.

Devyn and the entire team were amazing! I had done quite a bit of research before I went to the store, and had specific questions. Another customer had no idea about Sleep Number beds; together we had many questions and Devyn answered every one without making us feel rushed, and patiently answered some that we repeated. No hard sell, which I greatly appreciated. I was there 2 hours; Devyn was so patient and friendly and professional.

My neighbor had told me specifically to go to the Moreno Valley store; she had gone to 3 local stores and said Moreno Valley had the best customer service, by far. I definitely agree!

We just bought our second Sleep Number Bed ... needed to upgrade to one with more adjustability. Liked the old bed ... love the new one. The staff here were great to work with.

Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable took a lot of time to show us what would be good for us after asking about what hurts and didn't try to push most expensive bed and let us try multiple beds and gave us multiple discounts we were VERY pleased and would recommend him to anybody looking for a bed
