Healthy Body Training Facility

I’ve been training with Leesa at HBTF since April and honestly it’s been a game changer, my attitude towards fitness has changed so much. Leesa designs workouts for my body and my goals and I am loving my progress and having her as a trainer so much . The gym is always clean and management is always so nice love it here.

Yo really love this place I been to a couple gyms in the past and nothing has compared to it before, all the dumbbells be put back in place and attachments aren't all over the floor. The people here are super helpful and everyone is here to work. The workers are always on it making sure everyone is acting right and being held accountable. I cant recommend this place enough.

Hands down best private gym in the area. Been coming here for about 4 years now. Awesome selection of machines and equipment, and the juice bar is a huge plus 💪🦍💪 5/5 all day

I’ve been going to HBTF for 3 months now and training with Leesa. Hands down the best 💪🏼. She does a great job making sure I have proper form and as funny as it sounds also makes sure we breathe while working out lol. From training to meal plan and putting up with me (lol) she has been patient and understanding and I’m glad I chose her to take on this journey. Thanks Leesa for helping me get to where I am today 💪🏼.

This place IS a great gym, they have equipment that most gyms dont...the trainers they are personable, engaging, attentive, helpful and encouraging. The owner is the same! Just a great atmosphere FULL CIRCLE. Very reasonable prices especially for a gym of high quality. I encourage everyone who is interested in health to check out Healthy Body Training Facility

Frustrated by some of the reviews on here. HBT is an amazing place. Staff is awesome, Equipment is second to none and the other gym members are polite and respectful. The equipment is consistently clean by staff, but honestly staff doesn’t really need to clean because the members are constantly wiping equipment down as they care about and have respect for their gym as well as others. People here are friendly and helpful. You really can’t beat this place. It’s my opinion that the negative reviews are from negative people that go to the gym just to be able to say they went and spend their time looking at their phones and getting in the way of the people trying to better themselves and… honestly it makes me feel better that they choose not to go to the same gym as me. If your reading this, go try this gym. I assure you you’ll enjoy the experience and get a great work out. Thank you to the staff and owner, you guys have created something truly special. Good bless.

Owner went above and beyond to fix my charge on a cancelled account. Since day one he treats you like family. I'll miss this gym as I no longer live in the area. If you're willing to put in the work towards your workout goals, then this is the place to go to. Knowledgeable staff and a great atmosphere. You'll receive great advice and the personal training will help you reach those goals.

If you live in the Inland Empire and your looking for a gym this is a great place to come to. The owner makes sure that the gym is very clean. Your surrounded with nothing but positive people who are more than willing to help you out. It has everything you need in a gym new equipment, a day care, and friendly staff. Would reccimned to any of my friends and family.

Awesome gym great atmosphere all new equipment great staff no judgement super clean. Shakes are awsome and made with what you want. Great staff in the day care my kids love going there. Worth the price no Cookie cutter trainers all customized to YOU.

This gym offers some high quality equipments and a wonderful atmosphere for serious lifters. I wish there are more gyms like HBTF in Redlands, however, it's worth the drive. Furthermore, I admire an owner who takes pride in his business and still have a modest character. A definite 5/5 stars from me.

This training facility has quickly become a staple in the Southern California fitness community. In less than 6 months, they've proven to be far more than just a weight room, but a home for people who want to build themselves and dare to be great. Yes they've got rare machines for serious hardcore lifters like the vertical press and various other squat machines and devices, along with dumbells up to 200lbs:) But more than that, they have an environment where everyone can feel comfortable no matter their fitness level or experience. The staff, trainers, and especially the owner, are all dedicated to training the heart along with the body and show it everyday. I've lost over 80lbs in my journey, and this is is the kind of place I WISH I had along the way. Other perks: clean, great parking, and open all day and night. Come get fit.

A humble work hard type Gym, the staff is helpful, a clean modern family oriented place even the people that workout there are humble helpful and respectful.
The Owner (Mike) is a good Guy knowledgeable and always willing to help out. I couldn’t have picked a better gym to start my health and weight loss journey. I just feel really motivated at this place not like the other food chain gyms.

In town for a few days.. if your a gym rat ..this is your place. No purple equipment here. Welcoming staff at 5:00 a.m.. all the members were experienced on gym manners.. great old school gym!! I'll be back every time I am in town..

This place is absolutely everything you are looking for in a gym .Clean organized and some of the best machines available. Mike the owner is a solid guy. If what you want is a no BS type of gym where you can get your work out on some solid equipment I highly recommend thisngym .
