Grace Community Church

I went to this church today to their 10AM service. Worship was only 15 minutes, which was disappointing. It was a beautiful service although I was not allowed to have my toddler and 9 month old in the sanctuary. They initially ushered me into the “nursing mother’s room which had a big screen in there. I didn’t want to be in there, so I was forced to take my littles into their kids’ ministry. The pastor seemed very friendly and young. He extended an invitation to anyone who wanted to meet him at the end of service at the altar which was nice. In my opinion, this church is just like Harvest, but way smaller, and without the free drinks, snacks, etc.

I love my church family at Grace. It is a Bible teaching church and Pastor Nathan definitely has a gift to do just that. Teach us the Bible! You will constantly be learning from God’s word here. You will be encouraged, strengthened, and empowered to open up the word for yourself. When you join Grace, you are not just being spiritually fed (which is amazing), but because of that, you are also joining a group of people who love God, love his church, and want to see others thrive faithfully in a personal relationship with Christ. Worship is also awesome. It is lead with Christ in mind, Pastor John makes sure to prioritize the word and where our minds should be when we worship (centered on Jesus). Overall, all of our Pastors have a real love for the fold of God and shepherding His sheep. There are people here serving in children’s ministry, jr high and high school ministries, the young adult ministry AND even behind the scenes who lead with great joy for our Lord Jesus and make it a core value to keep pointing you to the gospel of Jesus who gave His life to give us ours. Awesome for all ages.

Love my church family. Service times Sundays at 9 am and 10:45 am, childcare from infant to 6th grade. Prime time on wednesdays ftom 7 pm to 8 pm for the whole family; infant to 6th grade, jr. High & High school classes, adults.

I am quite impressed with Pastor Nathan's sermons in the 9AM service. Just the way he presents it is understandable and makes you want to learn more. My husband and I are visitors there right now, but will continue going to this very friendly and devotional church!

This is a great house of worship, learning and bring up others through discipleship. It is a venue small enough to know your name, but big in the heart and walk of the congregation. The head Pastor's expository is as good as it gets, going over familiar passages with such depth that you feel like you are hearing It for the first time.
This is not a church to blend into woodwork, but a church calling for Christians to do more in their walk with God and their relationships with others.
Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights are pearls of great price, each and every one.

How do you judge a church?

Is it the building itself? Grace is clean and contemporary with a family feel - small enough for people to know each other but large enough to make an impact.

Is it the people? Grace is warm and welcoming. The pastor wants to meet newcomers and makes you feel cared for. People are friendly but not so nosy you feel like they are overstepping your boundaries.

Is it the message? The pastor relates the Bible to everyday life and references scripture he urges you to read yourself. Remaining faithful to the Word is important here and everything is Bible-based. He is knowledgeable without being condescending and I don't feel like anyone here, including the pastor, is judgmental or exclusionary.

Is it the ministries? I've been here less than a year but noticed ample opportunities for all different types of people to serve the church and the community.

Is it the music? The worship team is second to none and they have a passion for serving the Lord with their talents. The music is upbeat and modern with a few classics mixed in. There is a talented singer, drummer, guitarist, and other instrumentalists.

This church is right for our family. It may or may not be right for yours, but you will enjoy your visit here and hopefully grow in God's grace as well.

I was lost for a long time. I visited churches looking for a church home. The first time we (Bob and I) went to GCC and listened to Pastor Brian, we knew we were at the right place. We now have been there for 12 years. The church is about knowing God, Jesus and the holy spirit. It is also very family oriented. I have learned so much about the Bible and our God from this bible teaching church. You will become intimate in your relationship with God at this church. Also, Pastor Nathan is our youth pastor and he has a compelling way of initiating a healthy dose of God to your children. Pastor Chuck is our administrative pastor and he keeps everything running smoothly. Come and join our happy family. God Bless.

Grace community church in riverside California is my home church. I love all the people who go there. We are allways blessed when we hear the pastor give his sermon. And the music fills the church with God's holy presence. Iam so happy to be part of Grace community church.Amen and a forever endless hallelujah to our God.:-)

I attend Grace Community when I visit my sister and brother-in-law in Redlands, CA. Friendly folks and very good pastor. Does a great job teaching from the Bible.

This church is very welcoming and makes you feel like family. I miss it so much I watch on line. 30 years at this church ❤

I have attended this church since 1994. It's always friendly and informative. They teach straight from the Bible.
