My auto insurance renewal came up & it increased by $78 a month. As a senior on a fixed income, that was just too much. I shopped around and found Ana Cervantes State Farm. I went in for a quote and was pleasantly surprised that I could get my same coverage with 2 upgrades for much less than my old policy. Cathy explained everything to me in 'plain English' so that I could better understand my coverage. She was so very helpful and friendly. Always excellent customer service when I reach out to them. This time, Karina really went above and beyond with all of my insurance needs. Although it did not work out for a life insurance policy, she truly puts her clients best interests first! She has literally spent nearly an hour on the phone with me explaining what coverages are beneficial and tailors a policy to the customer.
