Great service while browsing shoes! My third year Coming to this place for work boots.

This is my go to brand and location. In and out quick and easy. They had what I wanted in my size and color. Sales folks are great. Let me shop in peace, but were available when I needed them.

I've been buying redwing boots for years. I work in wastewater and water distribution and am on my feet at least 9 hours a day in wet conditions. The 411's in the picture is by far the best boot for the price I've found. I'm pretty hard on my boots and can usually get about 2 years out of them before needing to be rebuilt. I've tried other brands but always come back to redwing.

Great service.
Got a pair of super sole 2.0s and day one of work I got a gash in the back of boot.
Took it in expecting to be told to pound sand. The owner Bob was in that day and replaced them no questions asked.
He had to order them so he took my size down and when I got the boots all they had were size 10 EE so I got it and it fit pretty well but I thought a bit loose so I told him that and he ordered one of both just in case and turns out the standard wide was too small for me.
Great customer service and a forward thinker to make sure I had the correct size.
Hopefully these boots are a bit more quality than my last pair.
Only day side is round two of breaking them in!

I've purchased a few pairs of work boots from here over the past few years. The boots are good quality and they last for a long time. I was at a job where I was allotted money each year to purchase boots. Each year when I received the money, The boots from the previous year were still in really good condition.

On the other hand... I have purchased work boots from Walmart, and they completely fell apart in a few months. A few different pairs.

First time going in to buy my new jobs work shoes and the rep their was so nice and help full she explained how to measure my shoes size it was great

Went one day during the week to trade in my boots because the warranty still had not expired yet and I knew it still didn’t expire. The blond girl working there didn’t show me any respect at all she was nothing but rude. I told her I had warranty on the boots and needed new ones. She looked up my warranty on the computer and then turned and told me that the warranty is only for defects on the boots, not when its something I had cause for the boots to get ruined. “from factory” is the words she used. Then I said that it was funny because I’ve always had them replaced with no questions asked by the other guy named bob. Then all she had to say was that the warranty was over anyway. I walked out of the store. As soon as I got home I checked the receipt from the boots and discovered that I still had 2 weeks left on the warranty!!! So I came back on a Saturday and bob took care of me with not a single problem like he always does. I would give 1 star if it wasn’t for him.

Super solid, I get a boot voucher but it's only valid at a particular store. They let me try on and find the right boot then they transferred it to the location my voucher works for. Awesome, Red Wing rocks!

Friendly people. Plenty of boots to choose from. They are very comfortable, after about one week wearing I can tell they will last a long long time

This place is awesome! Staff are friendly. Every time I go in there they treat me well. Very rare to find this kind of customer service anymore..
