Just got my second car insured and as always Im very pleased with the customer service I receive and the very kind employees. I have been a customer for over 3 years and with out a doubt can reccomend ASAP Insurance to all. I also reccomended my parents whom dont speak english but fortunatly ASAP has bilingual personell available at all times which is great for my family. Thumbs up.. Keep doing an awesome job.

I’ve done my taxes here with Leticia she’s always very professional I recently referred my son for vehicle insurance and she took care of all his needs at the lowest rate. Her professionalism is outstanding I definitely recommend her you will not be disappointed.

My alarm has been sounding for days and these guys won’t come until I find the box, I’ve sent numerous pictures and still refuse to come, with sst they would just come over and help you out. What if I was an incapacitated person?

Terrible! Expensive car insurance. They charge for everything extra money. Higher bills than agreed. Don't waste time and nerves for this company!

Worst customer services they charge you for everything and don’t tell you the truth. Once I paid my husbands brother car and I was done with the insurance they kept charging me the money that I already had paid.
