The entire experience of placing an order over the phone was a pleasure with Sheryl at Nina’s Flowers & Gifts. I wanted a potted plant for a birthday delivery and got a picture perfect description for everything they had in stock- from the sz of the pot, to the name/variety, description of plant appearances, hardiness, and height & width of the plant! And the best part, the plant my sister received was in PERFECT condition, no damages on the leaves, OR pests!!

The lady who delivered even wished her a Happy Birthday!

I was finally able to meet the person that was behind the wonderful flower arrangements my wife loves so much. I live in so cal and it was my moms 83 year birthday I called and it was made and delivered within a couple hours my mom sent me a pic and it was Beautiful!!!!! The employees were so polite and nice on the phone anyone that lives in Elk Grove should always use this flower shop !!!!! If I could it would be a 10 star rating!!!!

When FTD canceled my order the evening before Mothers Day, Nina's came to the rescue. They even delivered them in time for my mom to enjoy them on her day. Friendly service and they do beautiful work. Can't recommend them enough.

Nina's Flowers delivered a beautiful plant box to my family for Mother's Day, and I couldn't have been happier with the service! No matter who I speak with everytime I order, ita always pleasant. The flowers look and smell great!! We typically get right at 2 weeks out of their flowers. Plus, they've always went above and beyond to make same day deliveries for me. :) thank you !!
