Susana is a great fit for this club. Very professional and well-spoken. The staff here is always smiling, never judge-mental, and extremely courteous. The gym is always clean and well maintained by staff and members. I will definitely sign up again when I return to the states without any hesitation. I just finished a free fitness personal training "consultation" I guess you would say here, & I had the pleasure of working with Vivian! She is so knowledgeable and informative in so much! She is soon to be certified and you can tell she in passionate about what she does with the way she explains things and creates analogies to make it easy for you to digest, I see why they put her on the front lines! 10/10 experience went better than I expected (: also I do come here on my own and it's always clean & workers are kind. Awesome place!

I went for a tour and Keanu, one of the staff there, walked me on a tour of this facility. During our tour, he showed me the variety of equipments that they have both upstairs and main floor. I am impressed. Keanu was very friendly and sold me on their membership. My friends work out here so I wanted to try out the solo experience and I like it.

My 5:00am workouts are great and fitness classes are very good. . This LA fitness has always been clean, machines alway working and not crowded. Have good workout experience at this place.

I went to LA Fitness to get a membership. My insurance gave me a confirmation number to find out it didn't work. The clerk at LA Fitness went on and above trying to find out what happened. To the point I said that's OK I'll call my assurance to find out. She said no no problem there are some other things that I can do to try to find out what happened. She was very patient We definitely need more clerks like her I'm sorry that I didn't get her name. But I just wanted to say thank you for all your help. She put a great smile on my face that whole day.

The zumba classes are super fun! I especially love LALAs zumba classes and Alejandras Zumba classes! They are really nice and you can tell they love what they do!! Overall, the gym is clean and they keep all their machines in working order.

This first workout was very satisfying. This was the first time in about 6 months that I was able to stand up without using my arms to push my body up. I believe that with more training I will continue to improve my strength and fitness. Thank you to Santana Diaz Fitness Director for the greatest service.

Santana did a great job of conversion from free weights to machines. As my old condition continues he was so helpful, many thanks to him. I’ll be able to keep being a loyal LA Fitness member since 1990. Thank you.

The workers are very kind and greet you right away with a smile and make you feel welcomed.There is plenty of machines to use when some that you want are taken. Definetley reccomend this gym and this exact location. Also, they keep it very clean which is great.

Great new gym, friendly staff and great machines. Wish I was in town more. If you want to be serious about working out, this is the place to go in the La Sierra area. Don't waste your time with the small Fitness 19 that place is a joke. I was a member there for a while and just never felt that it was the quality environment to get you motivated to work out to your full potential.

Santana was extremely helpful in supporting me from being off balance.
I am a 70 y/o lady with scoliosis and "CKD". He made me feel, "yes, I can workout even with scoliosis". He made sure I was safe in my workout environment. Santana is a super source of help.

I am having a great time here so far. I love using the bikes. I lost my keys today and the cool staff (McKayla) helped me look in lost and found. Also thank you to the kind stranger who turned the keys in. :)

I love it here! I never have to wait to use the equipment, bathrooms/lockers are always clean and the staff is always so friendly! Not to mention my son loves the kids klub :) 5 stars for sure!

It's clean & very rarely are machines not working

I’m visiting from a state that doesn’t have this gym. It’s clean, wide range of equipment to use and friendly staff. Carlton was helping me set up my guest pass and he was helpful and nice! Will definitely come back when I visit and I wish they had one of these where I live!

Aqua aerobics is great! The pool is warm the showers have good hot water. Nice and clean.

2nd day in, I haven’t been bugged or upsold yet. So far they leave you alone to do your work out and I appreciate that because it keeps me focused. Good environment, nice equipment and signing up was easy.

Very busy place. It's considered a super LA Fitness because of its size and offerings, which includes basketball and racquetball courts. I appreciate the sizable workout mat area, the pool, and jacuzzi. Plenty of parking available with a Walgreens and McDonald's within reach 😊 The pool is the main reason I have a membership at LA Fitness. As a runner, it's nice to relax and do a few laps and then afterwards heat my muscles in the hot spa.
