I ordered sympathy flowers for my dear friends’ dog who had passed away. The dog was with them for many, many years and they loved her so much. Her loss was absolutely devastating. I chose Flowers by Fairytales based on their reviews and online photos. I described the type of arrangement I wanted to send i.e.; the color palette with greens. What was delivered exceeded my expectations, and they were so pleased. I know the only florist I will ever use in Elk Grove. Thank you so much!

My daughter's sent me a beautiful arrangement for Mother's Day. The flower's are lush , fresh, artfully arranged AND they delivered on Mother's Day! My only suggestion would be to add a packet of flower preserver, to help them last longer.

A month ago my sister ordered an amazing sympathy bouquet to be delivered the same day. It was! And, we were told the flowers were gorgeous!
Today I ordered the same thing. I placed my order around 9a and the bouquet was delivered around noon. I was told by the recipient that it was a large bouquet with beautiful all white flowers.

Lovely flowers that my wife would have appreciated. Although choosing funeral flowers is difficult and unpleasant to consider, I'm delighted I chose flowers from fairy tales. They guided me through my options and were able to alter the colors to ones that my wife would have preferred. The arrangements were gorgeous and sophisticated. They were incredibly understanding and the price was well worth it. highly suggestable.

The 1st arrangement they added some U.S. Flags for his birthday since he was in the Navy for WWII. Special touches like that make me a very loyal customer.

Beautiful flowers that my wife would have loved. It is very hard to pick out flowers for a funeral, and not pleasant to think about, but I am very glad I went with flowers by fairytales. They walked me through the choices and were able to change the colors to what my wife would have loved. The arrangements were elegant and beautiful!!! I have never in my life ordered anyone flowers before but sometimes nothing can make someone’s day like sending flowers! I placed an order the night before (Around 9pm) the whole process took me under 5 minutes. The flowers were delivered the next morning. My friend called me when she received them and was ecstatic! I didn't quite appreciate it until I ordered someone flowers just how much it is appreciated. It lets the person know that you are thinking of them, that you care, that you acknowledge them, and it was something that made me feel good as well. Anyways, my friend absolutely loved the arrangement. I appreciate how seamless this was, truly made my life easier! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!

Wonderful service and beautiful flowers. Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday. They arrived on time and looking even better than I had hoped. A week later they are still gorgeous with no signs of slowing down. Heck, there are still flowers opening. Highly recommend this awesome non-chain old school flower shop!

I ordered an arrangement for my daughter for her birthday and scheduled it to be delivered to her work. I found out late the night before than she was taking the next two days off of work. I had to quickly call the next morning and asked Julie (the owner) if she could re-route my arrangement to arrive at her home instead. The trick was to get it there before she left home because she was planning to go out that morning. Julie told me she would try her best to get the arrangement to her prior to 11:00 a.m. The driver called me at 10:40 (?) or so and told me she delivered them to my daughter. I was so grateful because I didn't want the flowers sitting on their doorstep in the sun and her doorstep faces the street too. Julie - thank you for doing your best to accommodate my needs. I truly appreciate it. I highly recommend her flower shop.

They sent a beautiful arrangement of flowers to my mother within 24 hours of me placing an order online. My mother wasn't home when they dropped the flowers off but they gave her a quick call to let her know she had a special delivery waiting for her on the porch. Both my mother and I appreciated the quick call. When my mom got home, she sent me a picture of the arrangement and it was beautiful. Mom was so happy and that's what matters most!
