We’ve used them twice in two months and were very pleased with their customer service. They took care of everything and kept us informed throughout the process. Destiny is the best! The whole staff is a pleasure to work with.

Over the years I've said goodbye to many family members here. The staff is very helpful, friendly, caring and respectful. They have been and will continue to be who I go to for assistance in saying goodbye for now to my loved ones. Thank You all for your help. ❤

Dean & the staff took care of every detail exactly as we discussed & more. Having talked about the funeral 3 1/2 years earlier, they honored the low price. After my husband died at home, I called for them to pick him up. But a few people still wanted to see him before they collected him, so I called them & they said, "Call whenever ur ready."❤ Nothing was skimped on, & his reassurance and quick whitted nature, let us all feel very comfortable. The entire service from viewing to memorial was perfect. He answered all our questions & the gals who answered the phones were very patient & kind. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The workers whom I was in contact with were as helpful and as knowledgeable as they could for me.They have been kind ,though I personally felt that 6 weeks was a long time for cremation to be complete I was able to get the necessary help from the county and in Connection with Rubidoux Mortuary Services. Thank you so very much.

Took three months to get my mom’s ashes. I had to call them and the hospital over and over again to get the paperwork right. Was supposed to receive a lock of hair never got it.

We had a family member pass this year and used Rubidoux Mortuary services for cremation. The ashes were supposed to be sent with the death certificate to my father because it was his brother. First issue is they did not inform us when the ashes were sent, which resulted in the ashes sitting at the post office for almost 3 months. They did not even put our contact information on the delivery which the postoffice said was not normal, especially for something that important, and is why the postoffice was unable to contact us. The package needed to be signed for and unfortunately my father being an essential worker is not home during delivery hours during the week, so nothing was done until I finally had to investigate. Next they gave us a death certificate that didn't even give us a cause of death, it said "pending". I told the woman before I even wanted to pay for it that I didn't want to because it was still under investigation. I told her I'd get it after, but she assured me that the only way to get the certificate was through them and that the death certificate would have the cause of death. Of course, that did not happen and we got a freaking "pending death". And then when I called about the death certificate I was told we'd receive the amended copy in the mail within 10 days. 20 days later nothing. We have been very patient in the services because the death happened during Covid-19 and the ashes were literally being sent coast to coast on top of the investigation was still ongoing for cause of death, but they messed up and it feels like such a disrespect to our family. We don't feel taken care of at all by these services.
