Crown Ace Hardware

I recently visited the Ace Hardware store in Corona, California, and I had the pleasure of being helped by Sam, Aruther, and Maddyson. They were all great! They were very nice and helpful when I needed my knife sharpened. I really appreciated their friendly service and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Very organized and well stocked they not only sell hardware but also stuff like Lime great for adjusting the acidic and pH balance of your soil for your garden

Excellent customer service they went beyond the call of duty to help with choosing the right fly screens that is pet proof. They also provided excellent advise on alternative products for locks. These people know their product and professional enough to provide honest advise not just to sell. Highly recommended.

My place to shop when I need something for my job. Ten minutes drive.
People in here are always eager to help.. my last time it was great. The girl at the counter scanned all my items I was a little distracted by my phone when she asked me..how are you this morning. Without taking my eyes off my ph I said..am good thank you..am going to make your day even better she said... curiosity got the best of me when I looked up I felt this fresh air on my face..(it was almost 100 outside early in the morning) that fresh air and her smile got me...I know whom I can give that too...my boss...she asked me you want it..yes...thank you for that you made my day...blowing air on my face was the best thing of my day..her smile her positive energy won me over she could had sold me the store if she wanted to...it was a great day..thank you I enjoyed it...thank you ace for having such a great employees....my rating is 100 🌟

This location has a self sharpening knife kiosk. So convenient and great results for less than $10

This was a pleasant trip to Crown Ace Riverside. Christina greeted us as we walked in. And she (Christina) was such a wealth of information. We completed our to do list and payment in less than 20 minutes all thanks to how efficient and knowledgeable Christina is / was. She also signed us up with the Ace customer care card. We are building a patio and needed several items. We found everything we needed here. As we paid Christina contacted a gentleman located on the premises and he quickly cut lumber and rebar along with bags of cement that we needed. He was also quick and efficient. 5 Star Service.

Very helpful! Love the "bell" you ring for service at the key-making desk! It's a chicken you squeeze that honks! Cowbell at the checkout counter! Christine (Christina?) was VERY helpful with keys and then helping us find several items in the store. Never hard to find good help here.

Usually have everything we need we shop for a lot of automotive bolts and nuts in a have a lot of different sizes.
Sometimes the help can be a bit odd but otherwise I find what I need there. They are slightly more expensive than the local true value

Great store with many treasures.

Yesterday I was going back-and-forth to Ace Nathan help me in five different occasions that same day. He was very helpful, his customer service was awesome answer all of my questions and more. Even though they’re a little bit pricey but I rather go there because I am very happy with their customer service.specially with Nathan. Hopefully management read this review, and take good care of their employees because now days is really hard to fine people with great customer service great attitude. Alfred De La Cruz

What a great store! I walked in with a long list, was greeted immediately and helped to shop for everything I needed. 30 plugs, paint, a saw and assorted other stuff and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes.
A much better experience than at the big box stores.
This location seems to have a wide variety of everything you could want.
I will be back!

Whenever I need a hardware store, I drive past the home Depot that's a mile from my home and make the trip here instead. Yes it's a bit pricier but the service is impeccable. Just today I came in with a vague project idea and both Robert and Dan provided the absolute best customer service that I've ever had. They used their extensive knowledge to ensure that I had the best possible chance at making my vague project idea work even though I only spent about $40 total. I thank all the employees here for helping me tinker around the house and keep it from falling apart and will continue to drive past that home Depot as often as possible.

The staff is very helpful.
