My visit went amazingly. The nice woman in the office was so helpful in making the transaction go smoothly. She literally took me to the storage unit two times, showing me everything I needed to know to get in and out. I thank her for making it so easy for me.

Very friendly staff, clean facility and very well secured. Upfront on all costs, no hidden fees. Very happy I went with Riverside Self Storage and you will be too.

I was in need for a convenient storage quickly. I came across Riverside Self Service Storage while browsing on the U-Haul website. It was the best thing that could have happened. The process is so easy. I was able to complete it online. Then you are able to go in person the same day to confirm the unit and get your code. I realized the unit I got online was too small. Judy was wonderful to help make the changes to a bigger unit with no hassle. I highly recommend this storage for anyone looking for quick and easy convenience. I highly appreciate Judy for all of her help she is amazing!!!!!!!!!

Her customer service and years of experience are evident to all. Also a young lady by the name of Heather she has impeccable customer service skills.
