Great service! Registered online & it was really easy and quick. I messed up the registration and was able to go into the office & the employee working was really helpful and nice with getting everything fixed for me. Pricing per month is reasonable too. Highly recommend for anyone who has extra stuff to store! :)

I had been a customer with SmartStop storage in Riverside for about 2 years and it was a pleasant experience from day 1. Moving in, downsizing to a smaller unit and moving out was easy peasy, would store with them again in the future!

We were helped by Phoebe. The experience of inquiring, looking at, and renting a unit was less than 15 minutes. The office even offered cold water. They offered drive up units for much less than the surrounding competition. Definitely would recommend.
