Riverside DMV

Went here to get a disability placard with no appointment. Got there got a number and was seen fairly quickly. It was packed. But I was in and out it felt like. The DMV office was clean. I was also able to get a handicap seat. We shouldn’t judge, some disabilities are not visible. I did feel as though I was being singled out because I am not old yet but, was sitting in the handicap seat… Don’t need to be old to be disabled. As far as that, no complaints. Definitely the fastest DMV visit w/o an appointment I’ve ever had. Good stuff!

This DMV has done great work for me recently. I had an appointment, and they brought me in right away. I was able to take care of my business quickly and efficiently. No problems.

In and out for license renewal(30 minutes). No appointment but I did fill out the form online before coming in. Everyone was nice and they were very efficient. Parking was limited but not too bad. #1 out ot the 4 I have been to.

Personally I like to go to the DMV but it can be a hassle for some. I always go online and set up a Appointment. In this case I did. I walked up. Received a number and was helped and finished very quickly. Riverside DMV did a excellent job in my Case. If you live in the area I highly recommend Riverside DMV on Brockton.

I am shocked how fast and how I was treated at this DMV. I lived in the Los Angeles area all my life and visiting the DMV has always been the worst. I prepared myself mentaly before arriving. The line was long before it even opened at least 20-30 people. I was done in 30 minutes WITHOUT an appointment and got great customer service which is rare these days :)

Waited three hours to get seen without an appointment!! Totally worth it! Staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful. Other than waiting, the process went smooth. I got everything done. Thanks everyone for being so efficient and on task. I really appriciate it. Keep up the great work!

The employees were friendly, efficient, and helpful. I made an appointment and completed my task in 35 minutes. Thank you very much, DMV!

It was a little busy and the security guard don't want you standing around you either have to wait outside or grab a chair other than that they can use a little bit more AC in there

Arrived 7:45am.,there were 20 ahead..8:15am got temp screened, 8:30am got in for license application renewal. 9am inventory window, then a 15min wait for picture taking., got an interim license (a DMV card will be arriving in the mail in 6weeks max) got off 9:30am. Everything went good. DMV Brockton (in Riverside) is very effecient and organized. Keep it up👏👏👏

Since the systems were down at the Redlands, San Bernardino and Fontana DMV's for the past 2 days🤔, we came here. Thank you!!!

I had to have my car re-registered with a salvage title and I had no idea what I was doing. Everyone there made it so easy! It was so organized and there were so many employees my wait time was minimal. Everything went smoothly and everyone did their job perfectly, professionally and they were all so friendly. The gentleman that inspected my car was extremely informative and explained everything he had to check on my car. He was very professional and seemed very happy doing his work. Thank you everyone.

They were busy but lines seemed to move efficiently. The staff I dealt with was knowledgeable and efficient. There were a lot of seats but since it's so busy many had to stand or go outside. There's a P.A. system so if you do go outside, you will hear your number called. Their facility looked clean and staff was friendly.

Not bad, not bad. It's a small DMV but it's being run very efficiently. Yes, a few workers may have a firm voice but they get the job done. I took the day off of work to re-register my vehicle as a salvaged title. They were very helpful. I would recommend this over other DMV offices I have visited.

In and out in 45 minutes, with no appt arrived at 10:45am on a Thursday

Visited at 4pm for a CDL renweal. Stood in line for about 5 minutes for general direction, was told the wait would be 2 hours. Was directed to computer to fill out digital renewal application then given a number. Sat for about 20 minutes before number was called, paid, took new picture and was out of there in 45 minutes tops! Staff was friendly and courteous. Sadly, the other visitors were not...

Actually back to back visits where both people that assisted me were very helpful and polite. I had an appointment both times and it was extremely fast I was there no longer than 15min

Phenomenal experience. I got a spot in line virtually and was shown as 12 spots away from being called. Once I arrived, I really waited like 20-25 minutes and had my issue taken care of. Not sure what exactly was going on with my vehicle and not being able to order replacement tags online but the workers here quickly took care of it and got me my much needed replacement tags. It's insane to see how different the DMV is now as I was in and out, same day, all within my lunch. Keep up the good work!
