I'm sad to see Dr Novak leave , but I'm glad to know that he will have this time to care fo his mom . He won't ever regret his decision . Our doctor and patient partnership has been very encouraging and informitive . He's very cheerful and empathetic .I always feel satisfied and more hopeful after an appointment with him .and I hope he and his family find joy in their new home .
I think you should forward my review of my experience with Dr Novac and every member of the staff at SRC wound and Nephrology clinic to his next employer or add it to his resume and. and your recommendation .

Dr.Novak took time to fully explain my husbands condition in a way we could understand. We left fully informed and even hopeful. He made my husband feel comfortable and valued and my husband isn’t a big fan of doctors! He never rushed us. The staff was kind and professional. Overall, a very good experience. Thank you.

I think Dr. Novak has best interest of my improvement with my kidney functions. He looks for the overall big picture of where you stand and what has improved or declined in regards to lab readings and bloodwork. He is great how he lets you own these results when there is improving signs. He gives 100% attention to you during your patient visit time. A great physician. He will readily refer to specialist doctors if health issue is out of his realm.

Dr. Novak is wonderful. He has a wealth of knowledge. He explained my condition in language I can understand. He was quick to reassure me about tests, procedures and future plans. He is very personable, very approachable and thoughtful. He is a valuable asset. I am very happy he chose the Skagit Valley.

Great doctor actually listens and takes the time to explain things. My husband and I were impressed with by his obviously taking the time to have read my chart and answer our questions with knowledge.
