River Oaks Condominiums

I moved to River Oaks earlier this year and I have really enjoyed living here. The manager Tiffany has great customer service and the maintenance staff is very professional and friendly.

I would recommend these condominiums, close to everything locally within a few minutes. The units include full sized washer and dryer which are very convenient.

Had such an amazing tour with Alejandra! She made me feel so welcomed and made river oaks feel like home right away. Looking forward to applying and hopefully making this my home.

Honestly, so thankful I found this place. Management is extremely helpful and maintenance is super responsive when an issue has occurred. It’s a beautiful place and love the fact that I can live in town without being charged an arm and a leg for rent.

River Oaks is a very nice place to live. This is my first apartment living and I am very pleased with staying here. It is very quiet, the landscape is well kept up. They added extra security by hiring a security patrol that goes around quite often. They are very informative on what is going on with the facilities here. If you have a maintenance issue, they address it in a timely manner.

Lived here going on 3 years now. The location is great. Working with the front office and manager Sheryl has been smooth, and they might have the best maintenance guy in the world, Raul. The complex is always cleaned and groomed and you can have dogs here which is great. The area of Riverside has been going downhill with the homeless camping in the area but i think that's like a lot of places in Riverside now.

I have lived here for 5 years now and love it. It's a quiet community, friendly neighbors. The staff has been very kind individuals and have been outstanding during the pandemic. They are quick to respond should I ever have a question. They are always working on the property to keep it lush and clean. Raul has been an amazing help to me when I've asked. He's always willing to lend a helping hand. 5 stars to these amazing individuals here at RiverOaks Condos.

UPDATED Review: I moved to this neighborhood 2 years ago. It is a beautiful apartment complex and the people here are wonderful. The neighbors are all friendly and everyone that works here is friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Sheryl and Raul for being so kind, quick to respond and very helpful and kind. I’ve had only a few maintenance problems but Raul is quick to come over and fix anything. The work that was done has been incredible and even when my kitchen sink faucet hose broke I ended up receiving a newer and even better looking faucet hose. Any time I need something, Sheryl gets to it right away and contacts Raul to come over when he can which is very quick. Overall, this apartment complex has been great and will always reach out to the residents if any inconveniences happen. Plus they fix major problems quickly.

I absolutely love living here. What first caught my attention was the price and the laundry in unit, but what really keeps this place great is the upkeep on the beautiful property (which is laid out so nicely; everything is so close to the front office) and the front office staff. They always have events for the residents and it makes us feel so special. And they are so nice! I always have a great time speaking with Alyssa, Shantel, and Raul (I am so sorry if I misspelled any of your names) and they always take such great care of me. I feel so at home and I have recommended this place to so many people. Seriously, the best bang for your buck!

I love this place. I moved from a very nice place in Corona. It was really lovely and very new but this home is really special in it's loveliness. I love that it's clusters of little buildings and that it has a great variety of foliage. It feels less desert like, more woodsy. According to my lease this place is more than 250' smaller yet somehow it feels bigger and I have plenty of storage. The patio is bigger too and the full size washer/dryer feel like a major upgrade too. Shantal, Alyssa, Catherine, Raoul and Chris have all shown really positive service principles in action and I love that they are taking care of each other while they are taking care of us. So many stars for a long time to come. I know it 😊

Update: 6/30/2020 - there is no place I would rather be. Even in Quarantine Sheryl, Alyssa and Raul continue to provide full service. I appreciate their willingness to take good care of us all in these difficult times. I'm verimpressed but not really surprised at how much they care for us all 💚

Shantel & Alyssa are so awesome & sweet! Always so helpful to us. My family and I appreciate the resident functions they put together. Raul is respectful and does such a good job at maintaining the property. Always gets our work orders done in a timely matter & just a hard worker all around.

The experience I’ve had renting here at RiverOaks for the last year has been amazing and heart warming. Through a pandemic in addition to all the regular issues that come up, the office team held it together, always smiled (even during a windstorm) and never skipped a beat. Living alone and basically in lock down during a pandemic is not a great experience but the little gestures of care and compassion made all the difference. Sheryl the Community Manager responds to emails or calls so quickly, professionally and compassionately. Raul was always attentive to any maintenance issues (even when I locked myself out while walking the dog lol) Random virtual movie night events were a great way to create a sense of community during a time we couldn’t even walk too close to each other. I can’t express my gratitude enough. 5 star recommendation!

My mom just moved into RiverOaks and I’m so happy she finally found a place she feels comfortable with great customer service. Raul the maintenance man has been so helpful since move-in day and Sheryl has been great and understanding as things are a bit different due to covid. I just want to express my gratitude to a great team.

I've lived her with my kids for many years.we luv it here. The staff on site are always very helpfull and attentive to the needs of there residents We've recently upgraded to a two bedroom and they been very accommodating to a smooth transition for me and my kids. Thank you again to all the staff in this community for all u do to keep your residents happy. I look forward to many more years here in this community with my kids.

Clean facility, cute condo and the staff is great! Maintenance is always on top of any issues or requests that may arise and the office communicates incredibly well. The location is awesome as well! I'm literally right across the street from Tyler mall, right next to the 91 freeway and other amenities (grocery store, hospital a block away, etc).

I’ve lived in these apartments for 10+ years and I have to say Raul the maintenance guy is always on top of everything, makes sure all appliances or needs are taken care of and as well as management miss Sheryl is very nice, caring, and very understanding. If you’re looking for a place to live this is a great place to look into.

Great location. Tiffany really took care of us since the beginning of the process. I really recommend this location to rent. Very attentive and courteous staff. Clean and safe location.

This place it is amazing, I love the manager and all the work they did, Tiffany has been working very hard for this condo, Everything is working and she care every comen that you left at the office, I really aprecciate this place, is it a quiet, safety and good Condo 🙋🏽‍♀

Update review:
We have been here for about 2 months and leasing for 1yr. We (husband + baby+ cat+me) moved out (3 bdr+ 2 br) due to our other fellow sub tenants (for 5 yrs+) were leaving out of state. Where we used to live there was never really any upkeep and though the house was pretty nice we would no longer put up with quanity over quality. Back to River oaks, Clare got us thru the application process, she was friendly and professional. Alyssa and Shantel later helped answer any questions i had in office or by phone call, they are friendly, professional, and funny as well. We closed the deal in just 2 weeks after having started the process. Kat was the one who we finished signing paperwork with and she was helpful, professional and funny. We are still ecstatic about being here, this is our first apartment the only noise we hear are the typical things that people shouldn't really mind; neighbors above us, cars (we are next to freeway and you never truly hear them from inside), surprisingly light amount of barking around my unit. I'm surprised that the walls aren't "thin", i only hear footsteps and assuming cabinets/doors closing or stuff falling from my neighbors. The rent is pretty "up there" but this is the most affordable apartment on the street especially for all they offer, during late August. I've seen minimal amount of bugs in unit which is great because this season is usually teeming with bugs. I haven't seen anyone raid the dumpster in my area. Our assigned parking spot always is available to us. Outside is full of life with so many plants/trees in sync with season, birds and bugs that follow. Everyone I've encountered here is nice and keeps to themselves really which is nice too haha. So far no problems with; electricity , water, appliances (which included in unit). The upgrades (upgraded unit)and all the amenities in the complex are honestly really well done. It's a wonderful place to call home. Thanks for reading and let them know i referred you 😊.

I not only live at River Oaks Condominiums I own so you would know I would be critical if there was something to be critical about right? Well 3years ago I was looking and found River Oaks .
I've lived many places but to own is a big step . I HIT THE JACK POT from the Meticulous upkeep of the grounds the parking area the pool shall I mention the beautiful Evergreen! The staff and management was the hidden PLUS, its not often you get a group of caring professionals like WE have at River Oaks. Cheers!
