Long story short. I moved out of state and when I called to change my policy I just kept getting sent back to the previous number with everyone saying that they couldn’t do what I needed over the phone just back and forth for about 3 days, the last person said I had to go to the closest location in the new state. I did and they also couldn’t because I wasn’t insured in the state. The woman at the local location gave me one of the same numbers I had been contacting so I thought I’d call one last time before emailing my request and doing that whole process but thankfully Julia answered and in literally 3 minutes she did what I needed in the kindest and most professional way possible. She is knowledgeable and has a voice that should be on radio.

Well let me tell u little bit about my experience. Maribel's customer service has been the best experience i have had will an insurance process . I needed a motorcycle insurance she went above and beyond looked into many different company's and found the one that worked for me. Maribel really made me feel welcomed, she was talkative any funny. she has really good story's i was able to relate to her . Not only do i recommend freeway insurance.
