We were first-time homebuyers who didn't know where to even start in the Southern Utah housing market. Our dream was to become homeowners & Kevin made that possible! I got Lance’s name from a friend of mine who was looking at homes in St. George. I called Lance and was pleased with our first conversation. We met a few days after that and I felt very comfortable with him. When the right house came along, Lance already knew enough about me and what I liked, that he suspected this was the one, so he prepared all the paperwork to make it very convenient for me to sign. If he hadn't done this, I probably would have missed out on this home. Another buyer put in an offer for the house shortly after I did, but I was able to get it because Lance was prepared.

Lance really knows his business, he is patient, thoughtful, and he is willing to spend all the time necessary to really get to know his clients and what they prefer. I felt comfortable and confident that he was really looking out for me as a single woman, and he was very easy to work with.

My experience working with Lance has been great. He has a great work ethic and cares about making the clients experience very easy. He works all day and all night and was always available when I had any questions regarding real estate. This guy never stops working, he works all day and all night. He was constantly doing things for us and provided such an excellent service. This was the second home we bought and we were surprised to see that all problems were being taken care of before we even knew about them. He was doing a lot of work behind the scenes and made this process very easy for my wife and I.
