Kee helped me sell my mother's home. The home was older and needed a lot of improvements and she was able to recommend the improvements (such as new carpet, painting, etc.) that gave the "biggest bang" for your buck since we did not want to invest a ton of money into redoing the layout or kitchen. She was able to arrange for cleaners, painters, handymen, inspection services, etc. and is a "one-stop" shop with all of her connections. I had to clean out the house completely from head to toe (wow, so much dust!), and if it was not for Kee, I don't think the sale would have gone so smoothly.

Kee is always gracious, has a beautiful smile on her face, and strives to treat her clients as family. I would totally hire her again!

I would like to say that the sac 100 club is truly knowledgeable, supportive and inspiring. I was able to do a class with them and one month later enter escrow. They know all of the programs that first time buyers should take advantage of. Anyone looking to get more knowledge about the steps I need to take in order to be a homeowner should definitely go through this class.
