24 Hour Fitness

So refreshing to be Greeted by the assistant mgr as I walk in, asking my name….. Reason being, I lost my Coach wallet several weeks ago, Debit Card, DL, Social Security card & more in it. And he recognized me in the picture although we have never met nor have I ever seen him at the time I come in. Especially great because I figured it was somewhere at home so I never cancelled anything! As a District Mgr myself with 9 Stores under my supervision, this is the type of leadership any organization needs running it.

I love this gym so much!! Lots of great workout machines! I haven’t try the weights and pull up method! Thank you! You guys did amazing job and keep the business busy! I wish you guys have towels offers for us to use !

A very busy club, parking lot pretty much full.
Just done with the best workout I've had in years. Everything I touched worked well and was clean. The open shower I found was clean and worked great.
I arrived about 9:30 parked at the front door greeted by informative staff who showed me around.

This location was clean but crowded. I recommend coming early in the morning. I got to the gym around 9pm and there was a good amount of people working out. I appreciate the fact that it was actually open 24 hours. The location on Elk Grove Florin road closes early. I'll be back!

Good to have a 24 open in the Sacramento area. Pretty busy usually. Plenty of parking.

The gym is large with a pool. They do not have towel service. Most of the exercise machines are new. I usually come on the weekends because there are less people than during the week. It is not cleaned on the weekends and the locker room is very dirty.

Great place to exercise and get into fit and shape. Great equipment. Super helpful.

Fantastic Health Club. From the weights to the basketball courts to the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool, this place has it all. Even more, the staff is phenomenal. Everytime I've been there, from the Manager to the front desk and personal trainers, everyone is super friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel at home.
Best club I've been to in a long time.

The sales and service manager Malik made it super easy to sign up- whole process took me less than 5 minutes- thank you Malik!! This location definitely nicer than the 24 hr fitness I used to go to back in the day!

Love this gym. Full of people of all shapes and sizes. As comfortable as a gym could be while still being a gym. Enough cardio and weight equipment to satisfy anyone. Very kind staff.

Love going to the gym! I only hang out near the hot tub &
spa, and that is fun! Meet lots of new people; I enjoy chatting with the folks that go there!

I like this 24-Hour Fitness because they have a pool and that's really why I sign up for 24 Hour Fitness so that I can swim when I like get in the jacuzzi and get in the sauna it's just so relaxing after a workout one thing is they can be a little more clean in the restroom that can be dirty which I don't like but for the most part it's a cool facility and it's only $29 a month

It’s 24 Hour Fitness, staff very nice gym is clean, lot of machines and weights, don’t forget classes and even online 🏋‍♀

This gym is the best one that I know in Sacramento it has the biggest swimming 🏊‍♂ , spa and steam and many more things.

NICE staff,especially Cindy, my personal trainer. Lots of classes to choose from , has pool & Jacuzzi & lots of work out options. Give them a try😊

The staff there has gotten a lot friendlier and time it's been awhile since I've been there because now I'm fat but they are great motivators to get healthy again
