can't say enough good things about this place - the boxing/kickboxing classes incorporate different types of movement and technique so you stay focused and never get bored. the coaches are incredibly dedicated to helping you improve and stay motivated. the people here are great too! it's a warm, friendly and supportive environment. i've learned a lot here and it's a fun way to stay in shape.

UFC GYM Sacramento is a gym you could not ask for more! Super clean space, friendly staff and the cool factor. Most importantly, people respect social distancing while workout. Highly recommend!

Update: JR called the next day and explained the error and took care of it. Very good.

I was going through mental depression. Hitting the bags 3 times a week helped me cope with the illness.
It's a great gym. The staff are open to discussions and very open minded.

A very nice place good teachers expensive for low income or for a family of 4 kids but its a wonderful place to take ur kids
