I give this dealership a 5/5 star review. This was my first time ever buying my own car. I ended up financing this beauty right here. Jason - definitely ask for him. He’s so kind and very thoughtful of your time and patience. My mom and I were able to test drive it, took it down the road and back and Jason allowed us to take it without a sales associate. So the privacy of talking and deciding rather or not I liked the vehicle was nice to encounter. He was very helpful with explaining every detail about the car & even gave me money off of the original price. I definitely would come back to them. I’ve had my car for about three days now and there hasn’t been any issues. I know when I test drove it, I did notice the back vents were blowing cold air when the heater was on in the front - I let Jason know and he immediately said he would have his mechanic look at it asap. I ended up still financing the car and he worked with me and I am heading back next week to get it fixed absolutely free of no charge. If anyone is looking for something that’s affordable & decent in price. I would definitely recommend rnautosales. For this being my first vehicle - and purchasing a vehicle for my first time. Zak was wonderful to work with when selling us a car. We drove it home and it made a funny sound. Jason the next day called and said bring it in and we will fix it. He was so nice to us we traded in our BMW and bought a second car. The next day we were coming back to get the other car because he detailed it and made some cosmetic fixes. The car looked brand new. On the way there we got in a bad wreck and the car we were driving to pick up our new car was totalled. Jason stayed very late that night and helped us get safely to his dealership and even stored the car for us. I didn't expect that kind of service. He went above and beyond. We highly recommend this dealership and he has our business for life. I can also say for an AS IS purchase he treated us as if we were his first client. He went all out for us.

Hands down the best customers service I’ve ever experienced when buying a vehicle. A few days after buying my dodge Ram I noticed a few problems with the truck. I knew it was a long shot emailing them asking to fix the issues since pre own vehicles are sold as is but to my surprise they called me right away and were more then happy to correct the issues. Was a huge relief!!! Walked away with a very satisfied feeling. Thanks to the team at R N Auto. You got yourself a customer for life!

I got my second car from R N, and that's saying something. I strongly recommend checking them out before going to anywhere else. They have the best prices, they are military friendly, they ensure that cars are in great condition, they have a great inventory, they are willing to work with you and have great customer service. Zack was especially super helpful. He's great on communication, and this made the experience very personal. Safe to say, I won't be looking anywhere else for my next purchase.

RN Auto Sales is amazing! I found my car online and went in for a test drive. I could tell right away that RN was above board. I worked with Jason who was very friendly, responsive, and did not pressure me at all. Once I decided I wanted to buy the car, he worked very quickly to help me apply for a loan and get all the paper work signed. I was able to take the car home that day! Dealerships are pushy and will say anything to make a sale I went to so many and this was the first one that felt like I was comfortable. He didn’t follow me around everywhere and wasn’t pushy at all. The car I got runs amazing and is super clean, priced very reasonable. Very happy with my purchase, would 100% recommend!!

I fully recommend this dealership! Went to all dealerships in sacramento and couldn't find what I wanted, until I came to this place for my last stop of the day. Purchased a 2009 Acura within the 30 minutes I got here. Jason was very kind and helpful. I will give this place and the workers a full 5 STAR.

What can I say, this was an amazing experience. Not only were they professional but they were patient, and working with me with my budget. They have very nice reliable vehicles, I mentioned a few things after my test drive and had questions, which they answered and things got fixed right away(minor issues). This was suppose to be my last stop (as I was looking for THE ONE) I recently bought mine (financed) on the 18th of March and the process was easy and fast. I will be referring others and will be going back for another when the time comes! 🥰 Thank you to the wonderful gentleman that helped me and made me feel comfortable. I’m loving my car 🖤

I've always been wary of small dealerships, many people give them a bad rep, but Jason at R N runs the most honest Dealership in town. He will go above and beyond to make every customer happy!
