Exceptional customer service! The young man who helped this tech challenged senior upgrade from a cell to a smart phone far exceeded any expectations I might have had after reading positive reviews about Simply Mobile. He helped resolve an issue I was having trying to transfer photos on my old cell phone to the new phone before activation, something even online support had been unable to help me with because it was a newer, advanced model. So courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, he transferred the photos without any charge!

Adeel is super friendly, extremely savvy, and will give you the best customer service. This is the best store in town hands down! Will never go anywhere else :)
