Hot Topic

Arden Fair Mall has a few stores selling pop culture merchandise in there. I like Hot Topic the best. The store looks good inside with the best decoration and a little more space inside the store. It makes the shopping experience more relaxed and enjoyable. They carried lots of fun clothing and accessories in the store. The sales associates here are also friendly and helpful.

I love this place. They have so much cool stuff. The employees are super nice and helpful. If you need anything there is always someone ready to help. They always let you know if there is a sale going on. Can't get enough of hot topic.

Honestly 5 stars for the Customer service. Harlow,Barry And Lisa Were Amazing help wish they had more stuff and options but with the popularity and the good service it balances out why it’s not stocked everyone buying everything cuz of those three’s great help thx yall

Love love love this store. The staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful. They often have items no longer/not available online, and they always have sales. This is a high volume location, so they have new merch every week. Great merch.

We are grandparents and were shopping for our nearly 11 year old granddaughter. We felt a bit out of place when we first entered the store. The ENTIRE staff and manager were friendly, helpful and put us at ease and helped us get everything we were looking for. We left feeling comfortable and that our business was valued.

Barry was hella helpful and patient when I visited today, both he and Jacky were very nice , showed great customer service, thank you guys ^__^

We came into the area for Aftershock and visited the store (like so many others that weekend). So often when stores get inundated with out of towers they get kinda short tempered by the end of the weekend. Your store was not that way. Everyone that helped us was still so nice and helpful, good on you!

Who doesn't love hot topic. Wish they carried more of the stuff in-store that is online..that's just the way of the world now I guess.

Great store always something interesting to see there. Including this awesome Bob Ross cookie cutter. Lol. If you're looking for something off the wall or sentimental.

Today I visited the local mall and had to get a few items for my step daughter and the level of help here was Excellent! The young skinny gentleman folding the shirts with the glasses didn't catch his name but he was very helpful in showing me what shirts were available in the bands she had requested even tho he was busy folding everything which gets tore up fairly quickly. The store was very clean and was well stocked with all great items of her and some of my interest.

Overall a great visit much appreciated for the A++ service young man!!

Update today we brought a few items back to exchange and the manager lady was super nice and helpful(from 12/21) she fully exchanged my daughters items easy peasy Still Excellent Service!!

They still sell all the whacky stuff I used to buy in high school. Good for gifts.

Hot Topic is definitely a place I grew up with during my teenage years. They always had the latest fashion from shows I watched, anime, movies, games, etc. I love this store with a passion for merch though! Usually most Hot Topics I've been to are clean and organized. The staff is always kind, so I've never had one problem with them. The hot cash deal they offer is amazing and saves me a lot of money when I plan to go there and buy a lot. I always genuinely enjoy going here, and for people who are new here prepare to walk into a store with louder music, lots of colors and unique styles, and awesome staff!

Awesome people working here, easy to talk to and help you out. Especially when you are juggling kids. Great selection, better than my local hot topic. Thank you guys for doing a steller job.

Love the clothes but not the prices! We wait for sales or use our Torrid cash when we can!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We spun the wheal on the ap and got 10% off, plus we had a $5 reward sitting in our account. Great choices with unique styles.

No matter what Hot Topic store I eventually go in, I always love it. The staff are so friendly, & so many things to try & decide on what to buy. I've bought quite a lot of Tee Shirts, Tank tops, & other items over the years, that I wouldn't find in other stores before walking into a Hot Topic.
