BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Nayeli was super busy but was able to bring everything out really fast an ordered pretty quickly. :) I got the kicken chicken sandwich and my bf got the bbq tri trip sliders!

Even though it was a Tuesday, the food was amazing, fresh and absolutely delicious. Our server Zach was absolutely the best. He brought our food really quickly and always made sure that everything was alright. He was very elegant and polite. Thank you for the high quality service and delicious dinner!!!

Beautiful place and great food. We were here on Sunday afternoon, all tables were busy, but there plenty of room to sit down at the bar.

The food was almost 5/5 however I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out medium well. Other than that. This was one of my most favorite experiences dining out! Lucie was sooo sweet, so knowledgeable, HELLLA funny, and relatable. Keep her on your treat! The manager was so sweet as well! Thank yous!!!!

After getting into the Sacramento Airport late, this is hands down the best place to go! Almost all the restaurants close at 10 but I was so glad that pages of us open until 12pm. The outside atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing and this continues to the inside environment. If you’re just one person, the bar is a great place to go. This was the first time that I tried the BJ’s brew and I was very impressed by the diversity and I’m going to West. Secondly, the steak and appetizer very good! Staff was so helpful and friends. 5 stars here!

A couple of weeks ago I came to BJ’s with my mom and little sister. It was super busy and I remember seeing maybe 2 or 3 other servers but one stood out to me which was our server her name is Charlie P. She was literally running the place and working harder than the other servers. It was like she was at 2 places at once while the other servers just stood there and watched her. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants and I’ve honestly never really had great customer service. She was sweating from head to toe and probably a little stressed but did not complain at all she did it with a smile on her face. My mom noticed it as well and even told the manager. The manger told us that she would get a free meal which is great but that’s not enough. I believe that Charlie needs a raise and not just a free meal. She did a great job.

Parker the bartender was super attentive, as soon as we sat down he greeted us and asked what we’ll like to drink. Our drinks were delivered super fast. Great service and good food. I’d give it 5 starts for the service.

Quite honestly, this is the best BJ’s I’ve been to; with the other places I’ve been… it’s always something or another that brings down my experience.

I try to sit at the bar area here, the service is top notch typically and server rounds are more frequent.

The food is consistent and that’s something that’s a big positive for me.

Omg! My server Corinne was super awesome! She made her rounds and made sure everyone was taken care of. The whole staff was friendly and prompt. This is what I call "Customer Service "! I'm not easily impressed but let me tell you, this place is a 10! Food was hot and thoroughly cooked, drinks were yummy, and the environment is intimate and relaxing.

Alissa T. Was the BEST SERVER I have had at any BJs location in the last 5 years.

It was only her fourth day of working here her manager claimed. Alissa was knowledgeable of all menu items we had questions about, was able to recommend us alcoholic beverages my girlfriend and I both enjoyed (A strawberry lemonade vodka and a Jeremiah Red)

Alissa would squat down to our table every time we spoke for her to clearly hear us over the music, and every interaction and request was met with a smile and a swift response from her.

The next time we visit BJs in Natomas we will be requesting her by name.

My first time here and it was great! Our server was Seth and he was very nice. He went out of his way to notate my food allergies properly and I know it can be a bit of a production sometimes, but he was very patient and sweet.

Wow, she always makes our lunch pleasant! Kim was our sever, she’s been waiting on us for years and she’s always on top it! Never need to ask for refills, she’s super attentive and she knows the entire menu inside and out! Great experience!

Seth was a great waiter! Always nearby if we needed anything but never overly checking up on our table. Food was fast and the food runners friendly. Had all the utensils straws and drinks needed.

Our server Nayeli was so sweet and very attentive handling my husband's gluten allergy (celiac). We had great service even though it was clearly a very busy night. My prime rib came out within minutes of ordering it! Will definitely be visiting this location again soon.

Baruch and Kim are excellent servers. They always greet us promptly and take our drink orders. They have waited on us previously and remembered our preferred drink orders.

The food came out off the kitchen in the usual manner and they checked on is to make sure everything was in order and is we needed any refills.

One of my favorite restaurants to visit whenever they are around. Their menu is vast and well balance. From salads, variety of meats, pizza, pastas and grains. All their food are always fun and very delicious. Drinks are plenty to choose from. The peach Margarita is one of my favorites, unfortunately they discontinued the jalapeño margarita, that one had a fun kick to it. Their food are delicious, from their appetizers to main course to their yummy desserts. You can't go wrong with any of their plates. Services is always spectacularly great wherever we go, our servers are always friendly, attentive and get our orders out accurately and fast. Don't forget to join their memberships program, it makes it even more fun to eat at their restaurants.

Nayeli D, our waitress, made us feel absolutely at home when we came to BJs on a Friday night. If you've ever worked in the food service industry, you know that peak hours are a total nightmare, and Nayeli was focused, friendly, helpful, and patient. I have Celiac Disease, which means I can't eat gluten, and she was super accommodating and even checked on a couple ingredients she wasn't sure were gluten free! Encountering such a fantastic person made our meal 1000% better :) My wife was having something of a bad day, and a tasty meal with wonderful service cheered her right up. Thanks Nayeli!

We love BJ's, Wings, all flats w rootbeer glaze! Lucie is a FANTASTIC server, great attention. All the servers actually have the CS aspect covered. This is a good location 💕💕💕

Seth was amazing from the minute he came to the table til the time we got the check. He checked on us regularly and made sure we had what we needed. He also made sure my 18 month old grandson got his Mac and cheese and fruit plate immediately which was a huge help.

The ambiance was delightful and cozy. Our waiter Lucy made us feel so comfortable and was super friendly. She made us feel seen she was truly mother.
