Honestly, had a great experience with West coast auto sales. Went in one day to test drive the car and bought it a few days later. Being a female they didn't pressure me into buying the car on the spot and gave me the respect and space to make my decision. The customer service was great and quick, hassle free. I knew what I wanted and they made it happen.

I fly from Houston Texas out to West Coast Auto Sales in Sacramento California after locating this beautiful Lexus IS250. The whole buying process was made extremely pleasurable from start to finish. My salesman name was Mani, his customer service was extraordinary. He answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns. His work ethic and devotion to me and my concerns over the vehicle were the deciding factor for me to make my decision on going to see the vehicle. Unfortunately, when I was flying out to see the vehicle he wouldn’t be in the office but another salesman named Charlie picked up right where Mani left off. This gentleman did all the paperwork and explained the warranties, etc. I even had a brief encounter with the manager named Raad. He actually met me when I first arrived on-site and got me the keys to the Lexus and put plates on the car so I could test drive it. I took the car on a test drive, took it to a local shop for a pre purchase inspection, and scanned it at Autozone for any possible trouble codes. After everything checked out I felt extremely confident/ comfortable with making the purchase. Even after completing the purchase and flying back home to Texas both Mani and Charlie reached out to me to let me know that my car had been released to the auto transport company and was on its way. Charlie even sent me pics of my car being loaded. You guys are the best! Great customer service and devotion to your client. I’d highly recommend if your in the market for a nice vehicle and want to buy it from an honest dealership that excels in customer satisfaction and service. Then don’t hesitate going to West Coast Auto Sales Center. They’ll make you feel like family!!!

I purchased a low mile 2005 Lexus LS430 w/ Custom Luxury Package here in January 2020. The car has been AMAZING! There was an issue with the door lock actuator at the time of the sale and they insisted on fixing it even though they didn't have to. I took it to the Lexus dealer after purchase for service and they were amazed how clean it was. They were great to work with and I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car.

Man-O-man! FINALLY a used car dealership that is respectable! Met the owner, Ali H. and he's an awesome guy. They have a large variety of damn nice vehicles. All of them, at least all that he showed my son and I, were meticulously detailed and very well maintained. Ali takes every vehicle to get multiple-point checks and any fixes by certified mechanics before selling them. He helped my son out with everything that he is wanting for his 1st auto. My wife and I are going to purchase one from him, too. He is just an honest guy who will take care of you to the end and beyond. Nothing but good vibes and honesty from this business. I highly recommend you pay West Coast Auto Sales a visit before purchasing any used automobile in Sacramento and beyond. If you don't see it, just ask for it and he will do everything possible to get you whatever you are looking for.

We been looking for a great deal on a crew cab Tacoma, then we found WCASC on car guru and noticed it was a great deal! Called ahead from the Bay Area and drove up to Sac to check it out. We even got pre approved on the way there. We showed up and they let us test drive the 2014 tacoma. It was great. Really like the 90day3k mile warranty on the truck. They took good care of us.

I bought a used 2017 Toyota Camry SE from west coast and I absolutely love it. They are professional and upfront while also having a variety of great vehicles. Charlie was an incredible and communicative salesman, giving me a phenomenal deal. 2 days after purchasing the vehicle my driver’s side window was broken, however, after taking it back to west coast they cleaned all the broken glass in the car and temporarily replaced the window for free. Had an awesome experience, Charlie the sales rep was extremely polite and took his time to answer all our questions, he never tried to sell us something we weren't searching for where unfortunately many dealers always push you to get that one car they think is best for you. He was thorough and took his time explaining detail per detail. The financing process was super simple and only ran my credit through 1 bank after reviewing all my financial and credit history only to make a determination. I want to publicly thank Raad and his staff for an amazing, top notch, and hassle free car buying experience! My wife and I were shopping for a Honda Odyssey Touring, because we needed a vehicle with more room and comfort, and we literally drove by and saw that he had one on the lot and pulled in. Immediately, my family was greeted with a very friendly welcome and we knew that this just might be our last stop. When we met Raad and he found out that we were a military family, he stopped everything that he was doing and he personally showed us around the Odyssey, evaluated our trade (2016 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL), and he offered us an unbelievable deal on our trade and on the Odyssey. We were already financed by USAA and within a short couple hours we were on our way home in a very clean and superb vehicle. I brought my elder mother to West Coast Auto based on a referral and thier service far exceeded my expectations! I learned they repair cars for local auto dealers and thier cars include a 3 month warranty. They were attentive, informative, and very, very patient with my mom. They genuinely wanted her to decide whether one of their vehicles were right for her and be happy with her choice. They didn't push or hurry her during the 3 days and several test drives it took for her to chose a car. I've been in sales and this company didn't employ tactics pressure us...they provide a refreshing, white glove experience and service... I highly recommend them !!!

Outstanding customer service! I was looking for a specific car and saw that they had one. I went to look at it the next day and it was immaculate. Their entire lot of vehicles looked great. I dealt with Raad and Mike. Both were phenomenal! They really stand behind their cars. I ended up purchasing the car and they fixed a small issue with the car that they did not have to do, and even stayed late to get it done. There were no pushy salesmen and no pressure at all.
