The main reason we return each year to HR Block is because Sharon Wallace is there to prepare our taxes. She completely understands our business and completes our taxes accurately. Sharon has prepared our taxes since 1996. She also completes my parents taxes, father in law and daughters taxes. As long as Sharon is at HR Block we will continue to have our taxes completed at HR Block.

When my normal tax preparer told me that he was booked until June i was upset. I had looked up HR Block because I used them several years ago. Song Lo took over my case after it was reassigned and communicated with me every step of the way. She answered all my questions and helped me understand what was going on.

Bob Clifton is great. FTB screwed up and it took Bob less than 5 minutes to figure out what went wrong. I highly recommend Block Advisors.
